And to think I almost didn’t do it. I’m so glad that I did decide to Winter Winds this year! I’m so thankful for the friendships that I had through out the season. I felt like I was missing out of band when I didn’t do that this year and Winter winds was my last opportunity to have that sense of making awesome music with some pretty awesome people. I thought at the beginning of the season that I’d rather do this and regret it, than not do it and wish I would have, but I have no regrets from this season at all. This was a great note to end my high school career on. @delaney_crilly you are the reason I joined band freshman year for “A Thousand Cranes” you openly welcomed me into your band family and I absolutely loved doing it with you and growing our friendship though the years, through band, and our shared hatred of actually practicing and learning music at times. Until I got stressed and overwhelmed with it sophomore year and left winter percussion. But I knew I wanted to do one last thing with you for my senior year. You are a very special friend to me and I hope our friendship continues long after this season. I love you girly and I’m so thankful for you and the time we have spent in band together (🤰🦄)(🤰🦖)❤️ #band #winterwinds #newsies #riseup #senior2023 #bestfriend
