It’s here! Robb House has a new kitchen. We’re over the moon excited to be cooking in a new space in this old home! The first time I viewed Robb House, I felt an instant connection, and knew that I had to live here. Wanting to improve this 140 yr old home, and transform it into a modern, luxurious liveable residence with gorgeous old bones is my goal. The kitchen was the project that was calling out to me the loudest. The original kitchen was a 10’x10’ space, so we built the new kitchen in the previous dining room - a 14’x24’ room. As a decorator, I’ve worked with hundreds of clients over the past 13 years, and I’ve always wanted to work on a fixer upper of my own. I feel so fortunate to be able to modernize and upgrade this special home. This project has given me experience and knowledge, that I can now use in my interior decorating business to assist my clients. Renovation partners are as follows: @cabineteffects @quartzco.ca @dlella70 @partnerspaint @goemans_appliances @structube @bristol_sinks @ruggable @wayfaircanada @homesensecanada @coverscanada @coverscanada_ @delonghi.na Robb House’s kitchen features: island/ backsplash/ ledge: Silestone Calcutta Gold perimeter countertop: Silestone Miami White soft close drawers microwave drawer 36” gas stove with custom vent hood granite composite sink large double drawers LED under/over cabinet lighting wall sconces ruggable rug custom gold trim reveal cabinetry detail DeLonghi espresso machine Alta window shades (Covers Canada) #robbhouse #whitekitchen #chantillylacebenjaminmoore #woodfloors #golddetails #golddetail #goldaccents #marblefireplace #tallceilings #12footceiling #stratford #stratfordon #stratfordontario #coffeestation #beveragestation #baywindow #frenchdoors #gasrange #gasstove #quartzcountertops #silestone #silestone #calcuttagold #waterfall #waterfallcountertop #sandycuccidesign #sandycucciinteriordecorator #sandycucciphotographer

So excited to be planning a kitchen renovation at Robb House 🏠 pic #1 shows the new layout and design by @cabineteffects. Our current kitchen is a 10’ x 10’ square, which is probably the original kitchen footprint from the 1880’s, when the house was built. pic#2 is the current set-up. We’ll be relocating the kitchen to the current dining room, where we’ve been eating, as well as storing an extra fridge and freezer, and a floor A/C unit. A large island with a quartz waterfall will be sitting in place of the current dining table, under the large chandelier. pic#3. Brian Thiessen @cabineteffects has been fantastic helping us plan the many small details and the overall design. pic#4. Samples of the 2 silestone quartz materials (Calcutta gold and Miami white) chosen for the new island and for the perimeter countertops. Also, the finish on the cupboard doors is a satin/semi sheen in Benjamin Moore’s Chantilly Lace. 5. @cabineteffects’ showroom is located in St Clements. Also, a big shout-out to @dlella70 who helped with the initial planning and placement of the kitchen floor plan. I can’t wait to have you over for a coffee in my new kitchen!☕️☕️ #robbhouse #kitchenreno #kitchenrenovations #quartztop #whitekitchens #whitekitchencabinets #whitekitchendesign #stratford #stratfordon #chantillylace #oldandnew #oldandnewdecor #cabineteffects #silestone #calcuttagold #woodfloors #woodfloor #originalwoodwork #roundmirror #goldaccessories #goldaccents #sandycuccidesign #sandycucciinteriordecorator #stratfordontario
