People always say shut your mouth. When I’m locked in, that’s just what I do, I open my mouth. Like a dog in the wind.
Fire horse has well and truly begun. Let the wind flow and may we all prosper in our spirit and soul.

The past 12 months has been breathtaking to the say the least. Who’s ready for the next 12?

RAS AL HANOUT CHICKEN >>

This meal is the opposite of how you would like to be described in your 20s, 30s and beyond. Fast, easy and really cheap.

Since trying to switch from higher fat proteins for lower fat proteins the thing that I keep coming back to is Chicken is awesome, but only if you cook it such that it melts in your mouth and doesn’t taste like you’re doing jawzersize with a silicon ball to increase the density and squareness of your face* (see note at bottom)

Ras Al Hanout I have used in multiple lamb dishes in the past and have been constantly stoked with the results. Moroccan in origin it always gives me the vibe of adventure, intrigue and ‘we’ll always have Paris’ level drama. In reality it’s just a set of spices that you can pick up in Woolworths/Marks and Sparks, but forgive me for trying to add melodrama to my life through small glass-jar.

Casa Blanca is my favourite movie and Ras Al Hanout might be my favourite spice mix.

Ras Al Hanout (two table spoons)
2 lemons (As many as you can carry home, or just two)
2 chicken breast smeshed to be flat
1 table spoon Italian spice mix
5 sprays of olive oil
Smoked Salt (2 pinches)
1 Potato
1 Zucchini
1 Carrot
1 Bunch broccolini
Paprika (2 teaspoon)
2 cups white Rice

Spray both sides of the chicken with olive oil mix the ras al hanout and lemon all in and put in the oven for 18-22 minutes until 75 degrees internal temperature.
Cut the potato zucchini and carrot up, add the spices and salt put in your air fryer for 24 minutes on 190 degrees Celsius
Add the broccolini smoked salt and paprika to a bowl, mix and the put on a hot pan until charred
Steam rice in your rice cooker or steamer - or use cup rice if you’re in a rush
Combine all in a bowl
Squeeze more lemon on it

*Jawzersize is silicone ball designed to make your jaw look great by providing resistance chewing. While vain enough to not be above a practice such as this, decades of tension headaches would suggest that perhaps this isn’t the path for me.

When I asked @dljattia for advice he would give to the younger ones, this is what he had to say. Coming from someone as smart as @dljattia and who has been mentored by @profgalloway I would definitely listen to @dljattia if I was looking for similar advice. Watch until the end trust me.

Hosting @dljattia on my podcast was a thrill! We explored Dubai after he attended the Akshay summit led by @bryanjohnson_ We savored @chefjeffsf creations from Eat Blueprint, a venture Daniel backed as an angel investor. @dljattia is exceptional—smart, well-informed, and full of energy. His strategic acumen is unmatched, a testament to his rich experiences and interactions with leading minds like @profgalloway . Next up, a throwback to his roots as I convinced him to embrace traditional eating with his hands—just like it should be!

@dljattia flew in to Dubai to attend Akshay Summit. One of the companies he invested in is Eat Blueprint which is the Brain child of @chefjeffsf and which @bryanjohnson_ uses for his diet as a staple. Check out the company as the concept is super interesting

I met @dljattia at Akshay Summit which was held at @nashouse.official a few weeks ago where @bryanjohnson_ lead the way in the summit for everything in relation in longevity. We ended up talking about everything and nothing for the next whole week. His career in advisory and working with companies and characters such as @profgalloway and @beehiiv along many others made him a go-to person in relation to strategy and advisory for many large enterprises. Full podcast will be posted tomorrow on my YouTube channel
