Cultivating strength in your mind and body helps you access more LIFE and Play!

🌊 🏔️ 🏈 🏀 🏃🏿 ☀️

Our patients invest time and energy into their wellness and movement health until it becomes a natural part of their lifestyle. We are so proud and in awe of their accomplishments 🙌

At Balanced by Katie, we believe the sacrifices to adopt this lifestyle are well worth it and aim to help you and show you the way 💪

As you reflect on this year, be sure to ask yourself what you want to be available to you next year and what habits and practices are you willing to adopt to make that happen?

Right now, our 3-session Introductory Jump Start Package for new patients is the perfect way to get started! Plus, refer a friend who signs up, and you’ll receive a complimentary 60-minute private session. Holiday gift certificates are also available. 🎁

Contact us to get started by clicking the “Jump Start Program Details” link in bio!

😊😋🥹 I’m so full of gratitude, blown away and beaming from all of the amazing sales, claims and the kindest followers I could ever have! I really never thought this shop fueled by my passion would be such a success and take off as fast as it has!!! I’m so blessed and thankful for all of you! All closed packages and claims from the last month, including the whirlwind of lives from last week are all packaged, shipped and the treasures are on their way to you… and a few open boxes are waiting to be filled with more gems. Big shoutout and 🫶🫶🫶 to my other half & my quick packaging gremlin 🤪 @_ryan_the_ryan_ Love ya and couldn’t have done it without you!!! So looking forward to more sales next week and at the end of the spooky season! 🎃🖤💀

Custom engraved 65 Buick Riviera hotwheel for @dmarman. I was honored to have the opportunity to engrave this memorial piece. God is good!!
Thanks to all who support my artwork and automotive/motorcycle engraving in general. Support is not always financial, likes and shares are appreciated as well. Giving all the glory to God. God bless. 🙏
