DMC Atlanta is a 𝙥𝙚𝙤𝙥𝙡𝙚-𝙛𝙞𝙧𝙨𝙩, humanity-positive company focused on the growth, experience, and contribution of our team members. 🏆

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Wanted to share a little behind-the-scenes look at what a day of doing the job and supporting the team can look like.

From early sales meetings in Atlanta to a full day in Birmingham, calls on the road, time with the team, and back at it again this morning.

For almost 25 years, this has been about showing up, being present, supporting your people, and doing the work every day. People ask when the work is done. The answer is, you’re done when you’re done. If you stop before you’re done - you’re DONE.

Grateful for the people I get to work alongside and the opportunity to keep building together.

23 years in the same business, and I still love being the first one at the office before the sun is fully up.

There’s just something about being the one to put the key in the door. Knowing it’s yours and exactly what it took to get here.

And that blue glow you see from 400 when you pass the King building in Atlanta?

RWTFYA.

Remember Who The Fuck You Are.

Some mornings I need that reminder too.

24 years later, I still get that feeling. And I hope I never lose it. #RWTFYA #EntrepreneurMindset #BusinessOwnership #AtlantaEntrepreneurs #BuiltFromNothing

Grateful for the opportunity to work with some of the most passionate individuals in the direct sales industry for the last 24 years! In August, I had a chance to facilitate a panel with four young, motivated rising stars. We managed to turn a ballroom filled with over 1200 people into a fireside chat that felt like having a drink in my home bar. Thanks to everyone who helped this happen. #growth #success #sales #opportunity #atlanta

Friday night was a reminder that success means more when you can use it to help someone else.

On August 28, we came together to raise more than $1.2 million in one night for @freerentorg — helping families stay in their homes, regain stability, and build a more secure future.

Some of Atlanta’s biggest-name chefs showed up to support the cause. @dmcatlanta sponsored a family, covering an entire year of rent and support services, and @shortbarrelwhiskey donated four barrels that raised $52,000 — enough to help cover a year of rent for two families.

You work hard for years hoping to create a better life for yourself and your family. But moments like this are a reminder that one of the greatest rewards is being in a position to help create a better life for someone else.

That makes every late night, sacrifice, setback, and long day worth it.

Grateful to everyone who showed up and gave back. This is what community looks like.

National Conference 2026 💫💼✈️

Second time at this conference. Last year, I arrived as a fresh new leader, not knowing what was going on or what I was getting myself into, with more doubts than certainties.

A year later, I have the chance to go through this experience again, but now with an incredible team under me and already on my push for Assistant Manager 💪🏼.

I’m so grateful for this opportunity. Thanks to everyone on my team, DMC, Adam, and especially Jake, my leader, who trained me from day one and showed me the way 🫶🏼.

Reward trip for some of the team - time to plan, reflect, grow - excited to see this team reach the next level. Had the chance to spend some time with up and coming stars on the team. Lots of talks of what’s next and how to get there plus a little shopping and some great food. Not pictured (since they took our phones) was an impromptu set at @comedycellarusa by Dave Chappell and Shane Gillis and my visit to see our NJ office (since Ginny headed back and wasn’t there to take pictures)! #newyork #newjersey #sales #growth #entrepreneurlife

What a year. In December of 2024, these 3 guys and I committed to each other that by the end of 2025 they’d all be running offices. Thanks to their hard work and the insane commitment from @chl0e_evans @kaeface34 and @thesydandshishow - along with their amazing teams - we worked together to make this a reality. Thanks to these 3 for being blessings in my life. Can’t wait to see what you accomplish in 2026!
