You guys know I see a lot of houses and I am honestly sick of new construction. It all feels the same. Feels cookie-cutter and tired. Until this one! The listing photos and my video don’t even do it justice. I am jealous of whoever snags this house, BUT also call me because I want to represent you! It’s 4 beds, plus office, plus library/bar/den. It’s in a great neighborhood and walkable to my favorite street with coffee shops, restaurants and cute boutiques, plus in a great elementary school district and close to all the best valley private schools! Better late than never. We had the most epic week in Europe. I won’t get over it any time soon. Two nights in Paris just Doug and I was magical and then we headed to Sardinia for 4 nights to with 4 couples to celebrate @jennifer_brandt bday! We laughed so much, ate amazing food and lived our very best lives. Can’t wait to do it again (hopefully soon). Europe is so good for the soul.

A mix of our trip to Louisville and St Louis + two lake trips to cap off our midwest tour. Got to see family and besties and had the most incredible time. We already miss everyone so much. Can’t wait to come back soon. I wish summer would never end. 💖

Last minute weekend getaway to Chicago before we headed on our little midwest summer tour! We had the best time! Amazing food, the nicest people, great hotels and so much to do! We all can’t wait to come back. Chicago in the summer is the best! Highly recommend staying at the @thetalbott and @thompsonchicago Both were so nice and the best locations! We had some amazing meals at @pizzeria_portofino_ @petit.pomeroy @orig_pancakes If you’re with kids the 45 min architecture boat tour, the Harry Potter Butterbeer Bar and Lincoln Zoo are the best! We wanted to do the Shedd but didn’t have time. Can’t wait to come back soon!

Just Sold $450k over asking! When I say we are proud of this sale it’s a major understatement. We won this listing over several other local agents considered, which is a BIG deal and we are so grateful to our clients for seeing our value and for picking us. We then helped prep and partially style/stage the home and took it to market. When this gorgeous home didn’t get offers right away (this is such a weird market), our amazing clients really put all their trust in us and let us drop the price by $400k!! We didn’t intend to sell that low (and we had a plan C if we didn’t get the offers we wanted), but we told them in this market letting the buyers dictate the sales price is the smartest thing we could do. We told them dropping the price by $100k would be just chasing the market and most likely we would just land there or below if we did that. Instead, our clients believed in our unorthodox strategy and in one week we got them MORE than the original list price! Original list $2.4m and no offers. Dropped to $1,999,000, got 4 offers all over asking. After counters, we accepted an all cash offer at $2,462,000!! We don’t make the rules, but man are we happy we know how to play the game! Thinking outside of the box, experience, and depth of knowledge of the market was key! This is why it matters who you work with.
