It is really nice to share memories and archives, but the most beautiful thing is... to build, create and engage into spontaneous and unplanned process of communicating through Uprocking!

Thanks Rtech and Katrin for bringing bright and soulful energy to these nice autumn days!

We are keeping on Uprocking and searching for the True Soul!

One Love.
One Rock.

Respectfully Yours

"You gotta do the action, man".

Zoro, "Wild style".

Skip the talk, do the Rock.

There is always a choice to speak about creativity, spontaneity, inspiration, connection and other features or processes that are crucial for human. Another choice is to do the action. To create, to act spontaneously, to connect, to inspire and to be inspired.

If I don't have mentioned treasures at the moment- I have to do the action to find them. To find the right places, the right people, the right action. Right for me. I am blessed to be able to do the action and to finally find creativity, spontaneity, inspiration, connection and other treasures with the help of other people that I met and meet.

Doing action ( physical, mental, spiritual) it is what is left when everything may look lost. Doing action.

Uprocking is one of these magic processes. I do the action and everything starts to blossom. Creativity, spontaneity, connection, inspiration. The Dance that was born and was gradually created in circumstances where doing action was the only way to survive. There is something in common between Uprocking, improvisational theatre, Hip- Hop and all the forms of creation and expression which were born in communities that were left on their own. But they survived and created something special and unique while having nothing. Only their hearts, souls and possibility to do the action. Together. That is why I love these cultures and creative forms.

Blessed to be able to do the action. To do. To act. In all meanings.
To create, to be spontaneous, to connect, to inspire, to be inspired.
By doing, not only talking. Doing action together.

Today, thanks God I skipped the most of the talk, I did Rock!
Skip the talk, do the Rock!

Gratitude to Nikita for todays practice.

Thanks to all of my friends, colleagues and teachers.

One Love.
One Rock.

Respectfully Yours,

Kicks.
