“No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper.” — Isaiah 54:17

As my time at Prairie View A&M comes to a close, I’m walking away with more than a degree. I’m carrying the lessons, the people, the prayers, and the growth that shaped me.

Being a student‑athlete and a Biology major was far from easy. But through every late night, every tear, every practice, every exam, and every whispered prayer, God covered me with favor and wisdom.

Today, I’m proud to say In 5 days I will be graduating with my Bachelor’s in Biology.

And here’s the proof of God’s goodness in my life:
⭐️ Magna Cum Laude (3.85 GPA)
⭐️ Coaches Award 2026
⭐️ Honor Roll x6
⭐️ SWAC Regular Season Champions 2025
⭐️ PRO Research Intern 2024
⭐️ Tri Beta Honor Society
⭐️ Most Improved Player Award 2024

“God is within her; she will not fall”- Psalm 46:5

In 10 days I will be graduating from THE Prairie View A&M University

I would like to thank all my friends and family for supporting me throughout my 3 years here. Without your constant love and prayers I don’t think I would have made it. You guys have made this places feel like a 2nd home.

I guess you can call me a cylinder because I’m graduated👩🏾‍🎓 (1/3) #pvgradswag26

“Hechale ganas mija”
The words that have continuously ran through my head. The words that pushed me through each and every semester. This past week there’s been one overwhelming feeling in my heart: gratitude. I’m a college graduate—not just any graduate, but the first in my family. A first-generation who became a part of the 20% of Latinos with a bachelor’s degree. I owe everything to the two people who have sacrificed everything so I could be standing here today.
