Was NOT expecting this to taste so close to an OG Shirley Temple 🍒
Healthier swaps don’t usually get me like this…but this one did.
She is THA GURL. 👏✨

Shoutout to @dmsaczynski for grabbing this for me! 🫶🏼

✨ 🥂 A glimpse at Pearl Bistro & Wine Bar located on the Branford green. It was my first time at this cozy spot. Start with drinks and apps, stay for an entree, don’t forget dessert, and be crowned the trivia champs 😉. See you there! 🧀 🍷 🍗 🥃 #foodblog #ctfood #ctfoodie #foodie #ct #connecticut #winebar #branford #branfordct #trivia #trivianight #goodtimes #foodgram #foodinsta #ctfoodlovers #foodies #foodiegram

🐻 Bear’s Smokehouse

I enjoyed a pulled pork sandwich w/ sweet BBQ sauce and coleslaw. Also tried a bite of the brisket which was very tender.

I believe this was my first time here and I am looking forward to stopping in again this Summer, as they have outdoor seating and games! There’s also bingo and karaoke nights.

🦞 How was this my first trip to Lenny’s? I know, I know…but I finally made it. They were busy (as they always are) but we were seated promptly and everything came out quick also. We hit golden hour so the views were nice. 🌅

Lenny’s has fun drinks and the menu consists of mainly seafood, but with other options as well. There’s indoor and outdoor seating. Look at that sunset! Lenny’s has been around for a long time, but they more recently opened up their own ice cream stand. We didn’t check it out this time but I definitely need to soon.

Some of the dishes we got included fried calamari as an appetizer and I ordered the Lobster Roll. Others at the table got the Fried Oysters, Fried Clam Strips, Coconut Shrimp.

It was a fun time! I definitely would love to check out the outdoor seating next time, but it was a bit warm this night so I’m glad we were inside.
