Dare to be you. Don't be into trends. You decide how you want to express by the way you dress.
And I'm feeling the beautiful silhouettes that are so typical for the fourties and fifties era of the previous century. Cinched waists and swing skirts 💙
These photos are two hands full of my favourites from the last portrait meet in Delft (in a random order). Thanks to all the photographers who captured me! 📷 If I have forgotten anyone in the tags, please let me know!

Last month I teached a pole strap course at our studio. It was an epic course, which we ended with a professional videoshoot! I love, love, LOVE the outcome of it! Thanks for everything and all your enthusiasm ❤️

The Strength Within.

In the end, all you have is yourself.
When the sun shines, they gather.
When the storm rages, they scatter.
But in the silence, in the solitude—
You meet your truest self.
And that is where real strength is born.

Her gaze is intense, her hand resting in her tousled hair. The moody lighting enhances the richness of the red tones and the texture of the fabric, creating a cinematic, powerful atmosphere.

Our bodies are still in the a bit of a process of waking up from long winter season 💙, and now we are blooming like flowers with the sun kissing our faces more often. ☀️🌸 Even though the sun still likes to hide after white fluffy clouds it keeps showing itself to us and sends us warmth. 💛 Sometimes, the sun gets tired and gives some space for the rain which waters the ground and the plants on it recharging from within. 🌿 Nature is keeping its balance with the variety of weathers and each of them is so important for keeping everything in harmony. 🧚‍♀️

How does the change from winter to spring make you feel? 🤍✨

The whole wide Dutchland was euphoric over today's weather forecast. Only to discover all rays of sunshine are covered in well.. 1) clouds and 2) Sahara sands 😂 But still.. we've tasted a little bit of that spring/summer feeling.

Holding on to that summer feeling, I would like to share a couple of photos from this shoot with @dmvantol 📷
Channelling my inner cowgirl on top of this tractor. Because.. why nut 🤷‍♀️ Climbing things is my main existence 😂
