Yesterday I closed one of the biggest chapters of my life. I started at Broward Health more than 5 years ago as a new nurse and now it’s time to move on. I am forever grateful for the things I’ve learned, the patients I’ve cared for and the amazing people I’ve been able to work with.

It’s hard to describe the things we’ve seen over the last year and a half. The only way we got through it was by being there for each other, ordering Laspadas every other day and by having some sick sense of humor of course. The Trauma ICU team I worked with for the past 2 1/2 years are some of the most incredible, passionate nurses, respiratory therapists and physicians out there. That’s the hardest thing about leaving, but the nursing community is small and I’m sure we’ll cross paths again. Love you all! 🤍🏥👩🏼‍⚕️
