No more time for tanning by your rooftop pool. No more downing bottles of wine on Ossington and people watching. No more doing nothing all day because it’s too hot to move.

Winter may be coming but before we know it, it’ll be summer again.

The SINday (Strength In Numbers) Sunday workouts at @jungle.to is back for Season 2 heading into the fall and winter months!

We will have more strength training, primal flow, boxing, pilates and of course everyone’s favorite, HYROX sims!

If you’re sad from working out alone and never finding the right playlist when you are…be sad no more!

We will sweat together. We cry together. We will trauma bond and become the best of friends. Lol.

Also, thank you to everyone who’s been coming all summer to train. Building a strong and healthy community around fitness and death by sweat has been one of my most favorite things. Love you all!

And sign up asap! Spots are limited!

We back at it again this Sunday (and every Sunday) at 10am at @jungle.to (Queen West between Spadina and Augusta).

Workout and then social on the rooftop!
Few spots left for this Sunday but the schedule for the whole summer is in the link in bio. 🦾

Let’s go! Less shots! More squats!

There’s a point in which training is a dedication you made to yourself out of necessity and nourishment. To fortify yourself deeply through practice. No longer stress to make time for it daily. Continuous improvement. Momentum into the heavens. Kaizen 💚🐊
