Katherine, how I’ll miss you. 🥹 You’ve been a dream of mine since the first time I watched Newsies, but for so long there was a silly little voice in my head that made me believe I’d never get to play you simply because I didn’t have the skills. But so many experiences added up that led up to this, til one day I chose to say, “You know what? Let’s ‘watch what happens’ when I actually believe in myself.” ;) And that’s what Katherine became for me: a testament to all the growth and resiliency I’d endured, and a reminder that I get to decide what I’m capable of. This role taught me to let go, trust myself, and choose love over fear —and I’ll always be grateful she showed me just how far I could fly. ❤️
