The BEND YOGA FESTIVAL 2026 is upon us. I’m truly honored to be involved in this event, once again. I’ll be guiding the River Paddle Sessions on Friday and Saturday.

There’s still time to get in on all that’ll be offered, four days of workshops, outdoor adventure, and real connection here in beautiful Bend Oregon.

I hope to see you, as we dip our toes (and our paddles) into the simple joys of nature on the water🌊

To view the full session lineup, book your passes, or check out travel tips, visit @bendyogafestival

*The first three photos are not mine & the first two were taken by @dobbstyphotography

Two weeks ago ma’ girl got married! And though she’s not technically my girl, I did get to be her step-mom for three years & I got to experience being a “mom” for a while. We’ve been friends ever since and it has been a roller coaster ride—but what a ride! This girl has done some amazing things in her life and I am super proud of her. And she couldn’t have found a better match in Alex, he’s such a great man. I love you both & am so happy for you two & Rufie! May you both have a long-lasting love full of adventure, love, and joy! @billsporridge

Sedona Yoga Festival 2026 — 🤍
Posting so many pictures because I just can’t pick favorites.
And then there were the people. @tiffanycruikshank — it’s been four years since you left Seattle and finally getting to see you here, at SYF of all places, felt so full circle. @siannasherman your energy at this festival every single year is something I always look forward to — our ritual here means a lot to me. And my Seattle people — @arundhati_baitmangalkar it was so good to be here with you. And @debbiedixon222 — I’m so glad I mentioned this festival to you and that you made your way here. That made it even more special. 🤍

SYF has built something really special here. The love, the warmth, the way people show up for each other — you feel it the moment you arrive. Thank you @heathershereesanders ❤️✨for creating a space where this kind of connection is even possible.
I also did the SYF excursion and it was amazing — Sedona from the trails is something else entirely. Highly recommend.. This place and these people — I’m not done here. 🧡🙏
