t’s not about the place.
It’s not about the cold.
It’s not about the challenge.

It’s about what happens inside you while you go through it.

For 6 days, you step out of your routine and work on something real
• breath
• stress

Back in 2024, the last time I led a group in Poland with Wim Hof, I was energetically exhausted @iceman_hof 💫

I had just guided an international group of 25 people over six days in the snowy mountains with my partner Hanna @haddo___ 🫂🫶

Long days with no breaks nonstop from 6AM to 8PM every day. It was extremely demanding mentally and physically to be of service to our group of 25, wearing multiple hats and at the same time be surrounded by the energy of another 400 people having all kinds of experiences. (more later on that)

But still, I decided to stay for the instructor reunion happening at the same hotel the very next day, right after the winter expedition.

The reason I stayed was simple, we were going to climb the infamous Śnieżka Mountain together with some truly incredible instructors from all over the world.

Śnieżka did not disappoint with its open facing side and extreme winds. It’s was a cold and very windy 3 hour hike to the top and for me it all came down to mindset.

Truly an unforgettable experience all around.

Although I spent most of the two days in my room and the sauna recharging my batteries I met some amazing people on that hike and that was the last time I went to Poland to guide groups with Wim Hof.

Much love🫶

Tyle razy byłam w Szklarskiej Porębie, a dopiero teraz, dzięki @podrozujaca.mama pierwszy raz miałam okazję iść w teren z przewodnikiem.
I powiem jedno: to zupełnie inne doświadczenie.

@dobrzerobi naprawdę robi to dobrze 🤍💪
