Practice this babe ✨

I literally made this entire meal while on TikTok live talking about hope!

Yes, it can be this simple. Except it’s only simple once you get in the habit of it (wink wink).

So this week figure out what you’re gonna meal prep for next week. Buy all the ingredients on Sunday, and get in the kitchen and meal prep.

Weigh every plate using a food scale to learn how to portion control.

That’s how you get healthy.

Practice.

Arthur C Brooks has been reminding me of the importance of repetition as it relates to wellness.

Happiness is not a feeling.

Happiness, much like hope, is feeling + mechanics.

Exercise is important for your physical body for obvious reasons like cardiovascular health and muscle development (⬆️ just check the video above for proof.)

But exercise is also a way to modulate happiness!

Most people will not have a giant smile on their face as they exercise like I do (unless you go to BGC in San Diego, because all the women there smile and laugh a lot!).

That’s because exercise isn’t necessarily “fun” although it is necessary. Even though it might not increase your happiness, exercise can function as a source for decreasing unhappiness.

Less of the doom and gloom vibes leaves space for more joy, interest, curiosity, and inevitability hope.

I’ll teach more about this over the next 21 days.

Walking in a fashion show was not on my bingo card for 2026

But, serendipity gets activated when you use hope.

Habit analysis —> Openness to change —> New opportunities

The San Diego Climate Week, People’s Summit, fashion show proved that slow, sustainable fashion can be fabulous.

Like I often say, all great works of art take time 😉

Any transformation requires endurance. You have to be willing to do the things to build new habits to effortlessly live a healthy life.

But on the road to effortless, you’ll have to exert effort (duhh!) and stick with it even when people stop paying attention to you.
