See this group? Every person here knows what it feels like to have a first day. Maybe you’ve wanted to try CrossFit but weren’t sure you’d understand the workout, be able to keep up or feel comfortable walking in without knowing anyone. You don’t need to have it all figured out. We’ll explain the workout, help you find the right version for you, and introduce you to some really good people along the way. Come exactly as you are. Your first class is free and we’d be happy to have you! Never Settle • Always Prevail 🤍💫 📸: @parduhn.lens.co

TIP TUESDAY | Soreness vs. Pain Not every ache means something is wrong. But not every pain is something you should push through either! Soreness after a tough workout is normal. Pain that keeps coming back, gets worse or starts changing how you move? THAT’S worth paying attention to. Training hard is part of CrossFit, but knowing when to listen to your body is part of getting stronger, too. Swipe to see Coach Makayla in action! Makayla isn’t just one of our coaches at Prevail. She’s also a physical therapist with Onward Greenville, helping athletes understand their bodies, address concerns and keep doing what they love 🤎 We’re grateful to have that knowledge and care connected to our Prevail community. Because getting stronger isn’t just about today’s workout. It’s about being able to keep showing up for years to come. Big thanks to our partners at Onward Greenville! People come for the workout. They stay for everything that comes with it 🤍 The encouragement when you’re struggling through that last rep. The people who notice when you’ve been gone. The friendships that start between sets and somehow become part of your everyday life. At Prevail, we believe growth is better when it’s shared. Strength means more than what you can lift. And grit isn’t always about pushing harder. Sometimes, it’s simply showing up. But what makes all of it matter? The PEOPLE beside you! That’s what we’re building here. And that’s what makes this place special. This is PREVAIL Never Settle • Always Prevail 🤍💫 📸: @parduhn.lens.co #crossfitprevail #greenvillesc #crossfitcommunity #neversettlealwaysprevail

We want to figure out why you have pain, not just guess. If you feel like you’ve been guessing what movements to avoid, what to stretch, what muscles to strengthen, or just hoping rest will fix it. Just know, understanding what’s contributing to your pain can make the next step feel a lot clearer. You deserve a plan, not another guess.

This is what showing up looks like! Not every day feels good. Not every workout goes your way. And not every rep comes easy. But, guess what? You keep moving! You keep putting in the work, especially when it gets uncomfortable. Because progress isn’t built on the easy days.
