The last one might be the most important. 💡

It’s so easy to get caught up in your pace, your distance, or what everyone else is doing that you forget why you started in the first place.

Some runs will feel amazing. Others will humble you REAL quick. But every step is part of the journey.

🏃🏻 Already a runner? What’s ONE thing running has taught you?

🙌🏼 Haven’t started your running journey yet? Maybe this is your sign to take that first step!!

11 years ago, ADAPT was an idea. Today, it’s a community. 💙

Looking through these photos reminds us that the greatest thing we’ve built isn’t inside these four walls, it’s the people who fill them.

Thank you for every workout, every laugh, every celebration, every referral, every high five, and every moment you’ve chosen to spend with us.

🌟 We wouldn’t be ADAPT without you. Here’s to 11 years together!

What if recovery became the part of your routine you actually looked forward to? 🙌🏼

It’s more than working on your body. It’s having someone who understands your goals, makes you feel comfortable, and can share a few laughs with you along the way.

Because feeling better doesn’t have to feel like work.🌟 Ready to find out what your body needs?

Hips feeling tight every time you deadlift or RDL?

Before you assume you just need to “stretch more,” give your glutes a little attention. Using a foam roller can help work through the glute area before you train.

Still feeling restricted or uncomfortable when you hinge? There may be more to look at.

Pain or discomfort is your body telling you something. The first step? Figuring out what.

Your initial assessment gives us a closer look at how you move and what could be contributing to the problem.

From there, we build a plan around YOU. Your body, your goals, and what you need to get back to moving and feeling your best.

Same exercise. Different feet. Different approach.

In this week’s movement breakdown, Dr. Will shows how a reverse lunge can be adjusted based on two different foot types: a high arch vs. a flat arch.

Because how YOU move should influence how YOU train.

Watch the breakdown, try it out, and see which one looks more like you.
