Here is a short recap video of our time in Auckland for the world premiere of @mme.documentary

The three of us just wanted to say a massive thank you to the team @docedgefest for having our film in the festival, it was a lot of work over multiple years to get it finished so to see it on the big screen was a dream come true.

We also wanted to say thank you to every single person who saw the film either in person or online, it means the world to our small team that we had so many familiar and strange faces attend our screenings and engage with the film. We met some amazing people while it was on tour and we can't wait to share the film even further than NZ.

Stay tuned for more info!

Festival season so far has been a trip! From Bangladesh to New Zealand via London. We have had an amazing time so far at @raindancefilmfestival and with the highlight of reuniting with @fayedmayed after 18 months apart in a FROSTY (witness Fayed's shear amazement) New Zealand for @docedgefest

Its been a privilege to share our film with audiences and thrilled that the festival fun isnt over. So stay tuned!

P.S scroll to the end for a hilarious and unlikely listing for our hard-hitting documentary ...anyone walking into the wrong screen were in for a shock that night.

It’s official. POISED is out.

It’s now available to watch FREE across the UK on @wearestv LINK IN BIO.

The film follows Steven France and a group of young people brought together through MMA.

Out of the ashes of loss and tragedy, can one man use the sport to help a group of young people find another way forward?

From @docedgefest @raindancefilmfestival @cinequestorg & @neiff_official to the @griersontrust and @bifa_film longlists, it’s been quite a journey for this little film.

POISED: Streaming now on @stvplayeruk

If you watch it and it connects with you, please share it. Every view genuinely helps an independent film like ours travel further.

“An international icon.”

That was how our CEO and Founder, @mette_hoffmann_mette was introduced as she received the @docedgefest Superhero Award 2026 in New Zealand.

The award recognises individuals who have made an outstanding lifetime contribution to documentary filmmaking.

For decades, Mette has championed stories that challenge perspectives, amplify underrepresented voices and inspire meaningful conversations across borders.

We couldn’t be prouder.

Congratulations, Mette. ❤️
