Today I did something new. My first booth at our local Chamber of Commerce Small Business Expo. And yes, I was nervous. 😊

But I showed up.

I got to meet some wonderful people, be part of my local community, and talk about God and BeLoved Journey. It was exciting and humbling and honestly, just really sweet.

The song Stepping Up feels pretty fitting today because that’s what this season feels like. Stepping up and stepping into what I believe God has been calling me toward.

And I don’t say that lightly. This takes work. It takes faith. It takes risk. It takes being willing to put yourself out there when you don’t know exactly how it’s all going to turn out.

I’m no more special and no less capable than the woman reading this.

Maybe your “stepping up” doesn’t look like a business or a booth. Maybe it’s a conversation you’ve been afraid to have. Giving your time or your gifts somewhere they’re needed. Trying something you’ve quietly wondered if you could do.

Whatever it is, don’t underestimate what God has already placed in you.

I’m incredibly grateful for every bit of kindness, encouragement and support as I keep building BeLoved Journey. My heart really is very simple: to encourage women to love God, know they are deeply loved by Him, and experience Him right in the middle of the lives they’re already living.

Today felt like one more little step in that direction. And I’m grateful.

Fiesta Hermosa 2025…
Between bar hopping in the sunshine, screaming Queen lyrics with Kings of Queen, and running into Dina & Uriah—this weekend was the kind of fun that reminds you why I stayed here so long.

The Garden Stage was giving ocean breeze, strong pours, and the perfect sendoff energy for a girl counting down to O‘ahu.

Fun fact: Fiesta Hermosa has been the South Bay’s official party since 1972—and the Kings of Queen frontman? He used to be Aladdin at Disneyland before becoming Freddie Mercury reincarnated.

Follow along for more SoCal moments before I trade beach bars for poke bowls full-time.
Hawaii’s calling, but Hermosa still knows how to show out.

Happy Earth Day 🌎 We took the scenic route —and the planet noticed.

Between the sea breeze, the sun, and a Beachside Rentals cruiser, I skipped the car and gave Earth a little love. No traffic. No fumes. Just fresh air and thighs that are slightly stronger than my willpower.

If you’re looking for a soft way to celebrate Earth Day this week, try walking the Riviera or renting a bike. It’s good for your heart, your mood, and yes—even your glutes.

The Earth deserves a break. And so do you.

So book your bike, take the long way, and let the coastline do what it does best—remind you how good green choices can feel.

Friendly #EarthDay reminder: Plastic takes up to 1,000 years to decompose. Meanwhile your Instagram Story? Gone in 24 hours.

Grounded ’til November—but South Bay’s still a vibe. This isn’t a vacation—this is just where I live.

RAT Beach might stand for “Right After Torrance,” but this past weekend it stood for Rest, Alignment, and Temptation. The tide was wild, the seaweed was unapologetic, and yes—I dipped my toes in that cold water like it owed me something.

I may be “grounded” until November, but I never forget that I live where others dream of vacationing. Sometimes a solo beach walk and a little salty air is all the reset you need.

Fun fact: RAT Beach is tucked away from the crowds because there’s no direct road access—meaning it stays chill, quiet, and just a little exclusive…

🏷️ Tag a friend who needs a salty little escape without leaving the South Bay. Tell me—what’s your favorite under-the-radar beach?
