Finally repping 200kg 🚨🚨🚨

4 years ago, 200kg used to be my PR‼️

Now, I can do 4 reps with 200kg at RPE 6.5 💪🏽

This is the result of consistency 🔥🔥🔥

Be audacious!

Some reasons for this challenge:
1) Cringe-proof myself
2) Grow my commitment and consistency muscle
3) Share wisdom and inspire others
4) Practice public speaking in English 😁

5) Build AUDACITY. Because why not? The world is in turmoil, might as well have fun and live audaciously.

Thank you brother @thedodibanzon @dodibrah

2020 ➡️ 2025

In 5 years:
– Moved houses twice. For a while, I was living day by day, month by month.
– Started & built @forthstreet.camp (with a lot of help from good friends).
– Lost Chancho. Gained the blessings of Vanya & Chacha.
– Lived for 6 months with just a bed, a fridge, a stovetop and a lot of guts.
– Traveled solo, twice.
– The world said “no Jiu-Jitsu.” I said “no” right back.

The lesson: The song says it all. There’s no room for impatience. Follow the flight plan.

The weekend had me reflecting. In trying to visualize what I want for my future, I paused to appreciate how far I’ve come.

2025 ➡️ 2030, I’m excited to keep writing this story.

Our last Hardstyle Kettlebell Foundations workshop for the year.

Probably the most fun I had in teaching kettlebell training since I/we rarely dish out a double bell protocol.

Congratulations to everyone who attended. I look forward on seeing you use what you've learned today on whatever it is that you will do.

We are already planning our next series of workshops. Be on the look out as we are thinking of diving to other forms of strength training.

Lift soon. 🦖

Losing Weight was Juan Dodi’s Biggest Struggle..

350lbs to 227lbs & about to compete in his first powerlifting meet.

Juan Dodi is not the same person. I’m not talking about physically because that’s already a given when you’re in the @aestheticdreamfit - IM TALKING ABOUT MENTALLY DIFFERENT

When Dodi & I first met, he was:
❌ 350lbs and did not have confidence

❌ was scared to invest because everyone he knew closely were overweight & he did not know it was possible for him

❌was working out & eating improperly

He was frustrated because even though he wanted to lose weight but did not know how.

When he joined the @aestheticdreamfit , first thing I told him to do was give him MORE food, LESS cardio & focus on weightlifting.

NOW Juan Dodi HAS:
✅ LOST 123lbs 📉.
✅ IS MORE CONFIDENT THAN EVER
✅ EATING HIS FAVORITE FOODS IN MODERATION.
✅ IS COMPETING IN HIS FIRST POWERLIFTING MEET 💙

You’re one decision away from changing your life forever, but you’re also one decision away from staying the same again this year.

Make the right choice.
