🐶 Did you know? Ingesting plastics is super harmful for our pups—just like for us!

🐶 Let’s ditch the plastic toys and go for safer, eco-friendly alternatives! Here are some awesome dog toy brands:

    • Rocket & Rex (rocketandrex.com) – Natural rubber & cotton fun
    • The Kind Pet (thekindpet.com) – Non-toxic, sustainable goodness
    • Beco Pets (becopets.com) – Plant-based & recycled materials
    • Himalayan Pet (himalayan.pet) – Long-lasting chews & treat toys
    • Pawsome Pet Toys (pawsomepettoys.com) – Hemp, wool & natural vibes

🐶 Ask our local pet stores to stock eco-friendly toys – spread the word! Let’s work hard to support the industry of sustainable products so it grows stronger and stronger!

🐶 Who’s ready to upgrade their dog’s toy box?

Love your dog as much as you love your wine? Same. 🐶💜🍷 Meet “Love Bites,” our new housemade dog treats, baked with real ingredients and a whole lot of love. Strawberry + peanut butter for very good dogs (and yes… every dog is a good dog 💜) Because it’s not drinking alone if the dog is home. Drink wine. Pet dog. Repeat.

🐶 Meet the Plastic Bag Pup Pack! They’re Barking for Your Attention! 🐶 We’re barking louder than ever about plastic bag pollution.
🐶 Despite years of warnings, taxes, and bans, the world still uses and tosses 1.4 billion plastic bags every single day — that’s 2 million per minute! 😳
🐶 So, we’re taking a different route: art activism.
🎨 Meet our Plastic Bag Pups—handcrafted entirely from discarded plastic bags and ready to raise a ruckus. They’re not just cute—they’re a statement. Because sometimes, the best way to shift behavior is through creativity.
📣 Let’s make noise, spark conversations, and inspire action—one artful bark at a time.
💥 Remember: Plastic never disappears. It just breaks down into toxic microplastics that end up in our land, air, water, food... and bodies.
🐶 Let’s give these pups a voice. Share this post far and wide—let’s reach 1.4 billion people!

🐶 Bark on, changemakers!

And we’re not slowing down…

🐾 Meet Aries – our new Adoptable Dog of the Month from our friends at @awlaarlington! This handsome brindle boy is currently in the shelter (cue heartbreak 💔)—but that means you can meet him in person at our rescheduled Yappy Hour TOMORROW, July 8th from 5-7PM on our dog-friendly patio! 🍻

Fast facts about Aries:
🛏 House-trained & sleeps through the night
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Kid-approved & kid-loving
🍦 Ice cream spirit: Espresso Stracciatella (fancy name, goofball energy)

💚 Favorite hobbies: long walks, frozen peanut butter treats, and being your emotional support armrest on the couch

Aries is ready for a loving home and can’t wait to show off his charm tomorrow. Come grab a drink, meet some dog lovers, and say hi to this sweet pup who’s just waiting for his new best friend to walk through the door.

‼️YOU KNOW WHAT TO DO!! Please share this post and then send me an email at mack@copperwoodtavern.com that you did and I will send you a $20 gift card to Copperwood Tavern.
