Before the performance, there was this…

A journey through the Schauspielhaus, a space that still breathes with the beauty and poetry of Pina Bausch’s legacy, room by room, sound by sound, body by body. Fifty people from Wuppertal and beyond, carrying their stories into the space and letting the space carry them back.
This was The Silent Waltz of the Many.

And it is not over yet.

This autumn and winter, we are opening the conversation further with NACHHALL DER MANY, Movement, Voices, Encounter. Three gatherings where artists, participants, institutions and the public meet as equals to keep asking the questions the piece began.

26 September, TanzStation Wuppertal

22 November, Theater INSEL

20 December, Pina Bausch Zentrum, with one last performance

More details coming soon.
Save the dates.
