As 2025 comes to a close, we’re feeling deeply grateful.

Grateful for the stories we’ve been trusted to tell.
For the collaborators and teammates who bring care, craft, and incredible skill to every project. And for the clients and partners who believe in the power of thoughtful storytelling.

This year took us across communities, causes, and conversations that reminded us why we do this work in the first place. To listen closely, to be curious, and to use the power of storytelling to connect people across divides and back to what we share.

Thank you to everyone who made these moments possible. We are more excited than ever for what's ahead. Starting with some major announcements in early '26 🤐🤫

Happy holidays to you and yours!

HAPPY 82nd BIRTHDAY DAD on trauma talk Tuesday 🌿
I love you I love you I love you I do! Dad.

Tell me in a few words what describes your relationship with your family in the comments below.
Mine is: dysfunctional 🙏💛

Are you a Parentified first born too with misophonia, diverticulitis, ibs, SIBO, GP, ED's, MCAS, CIRS, sick building syndrome & c-ptsd?

Today is layered. I’m in Toronto speaking about my Dying With Dignity journey.

And holding the complex grief of a father’s birthday.
Some of us grew up with love that couldn’t show up the way we needed.

We waited for hugs that never came.
We learned—too late—that protection and peace were not theirs to give.

💜 But we can give grace & ❤️
💛 We can protect our own peace.
🙏 We can reparent the inner child they couldn’t see.

The world is already toxic enough.
You don’t need to fuel your own hot leaky body with stress or resentment.

The only person who can truly take care of you is YOU.
(And Mother Nature 😉)

✨ If you wouldn’t feed it to a baby don’t feed it to yourself—body mind or soul. ✨
This is for anyone navigating family days without love or support.

You are not alone.
You are seen.
You are loved. 💜💛
—
Today I speak for the quiet healers.
The parentified first-born daughters who lived unseen.

We spent a lifetime refusing to be a burden.
We became experts in our own survival when the system had no answers.

🌿 I biohacked with food as medicine since the 80s

💊 I refused pharmaceuticals that hurt more than they helped
⚡️ I lived with 40+ invisible illnesses from mould to MCAS to leaky everything

I did everything “right” to be healthy.
But without support we heal ourselves…until we can’t.

This is my peace.
This is my choice.
To die with the dignity I fought for my whole life.

Born toxic in a toxic world.
Choosing to die nourished whole and at peace.
Dad, you and Mom are with me today.
Sending Loving Kindness,
Dee❤️

Synchronous Pictures doubled up at the Telly Awards with 2 Silver wins!

🥈 “Valor Mi Amor” for Valor Bebidas
🥈 “Wildlife Crossings” for National Wildlife Federation and DoGoodery (image + video in post)

These projects were truly team efforts and we are so deeply grateful to our collaborators, crew, and amazing client partners who helped bring these stories to life! It’s doubly sweet being involved in projects that are committed to transforming corporate responsibility in the tequila space and building some of the world’s largest and most important wildlife crossings. Huge congrats to everyone involved!

This one was fully charged from the start.🔋
Synchronous Pictures teamed up with UL Research Institutes and DoGoodery on a live-action + animation spot all about lithium-ion battery recycling - a shockingly overlooked message with real-world impact (and literal sparks if you get it wrong). Just check the headlines - these batteries are causing fires in garbage trucks, homes, and even planes.

Grateful to collaborate with the pro’s at ULRI who are tackling this wildly tough problem with purpose and creativity.

Synchronous Pictures teamed up with UL Research Institutes and DoGoodery for a public safety campaign about recycling lithium-ion batteries. We brought it back to our roots - filming at Director James Parker’s old high school with world famous digital media teacher Ross Kallen and some of his current students at the time. A full-circle moment with vibes on-point 🙌

Huge props to our amazing cast & crew!

In honor of National Small Business Day, we celebrate all the small businesses out there making a difference! At Valor, we started with a purpose to support a brighter and more sustainable future for the tequila industry. We dedicate 10% of our operating costs to support the land and community in Jalisco.

Thanks to your support, we’ve donated $50k towards sustainable innovations in Jalisco—with more on the way!

No matter the size of your business, aim big! From our small team to yours, Salud! Happy National Small Business Day!

Happy #throwbackthursday with the DoGoodery team as we celebrate the success of the 19th annual Quality Time with PR Minds event hosted by @prsala and @cnmsocal earlier this month. DoGoodery was proud to sponsor this wonderful event that brings professional volunteers and local nonprofits together for a day of collaboration and knowledge sharing. Thank you to our lovely team members, Jeremy and Liz, for sharing your expertise and experience with the lovely leaders and their organizations in attendance.
