Daddy,
I remember you working while we were sleeping to complete your seminary degree. I remember you working extra to give us what we wanted. I remember you helping us with homework after you came in after a long day at work. I remember the day we found out I had asthma or that I was allergic to nuts. I also remember you telling us to be respectful to mama 😂. I didn’t understand the patience, work ethic, and commitment you had to our family. You were just being dad. Now, barely 3 years in. I understand. I appreciate you. I love you. ....
Now, I need to come over and make sure you do not still have these shoes. Love you @mlcrowder94 #happyfathersday #dadsareawesome #blackfathers #daddysgirl

I am a BLACK MAN!..... I build .... I don't tear down other BLACK MEN! ....I have felt the pain of being torn down and I have decided I will be deliberate about building others! If I didn't tag you, please don't be offended. I tried to pick people I thought would do this challenge!! All too often, we men find it easier to criticize each other, instead of building each other up. With all the negativity going around let's do something positive!!🌟
Upload 1 picture of yourself...ONLY you. Then tag as many brothers to do the same. Let's build ourselves up, instead of tearing ourselves down.
💛💛 COPY AND PASTE 💛💛
If I tagged you, don't disappoint me!!

#happy birthday to the best daddy in the world. You are the bright light in all of our lives so full of laughter, joy, and most importantly Jesus. You taught me how to solve problems, develop a strong work ethic, and how to treat people. I love you always 💕💕💕 #daddysgirl #birthday #maybabies

Congratulations to @lc_beauty for being the 1st person in our Crowder family unit to graduate with a graduate degree. We are so proud of you for working full-time and getting new experiences along the way. The journey hasn’t always been easy, but YOU did it. Don’t forget to Be. Know. Do. #graduation #familymatters #educAKAted #hbcu #hbcugrad #sistersorors

Thank you Jesus for sending your son to us! As I reflect on Jesus’ birth story I think about how I would not have been a cool Mary. I could not imagine not having a place to deliver my baby and certainly not in a barn without an epidural. Yet Mary trusted God (and did not even complain to Joseph) and delivered the Savior of the World. What could I be doing for God if I trusted more and complained less? So on your birthday, Jesus I pray I can give the gift of being more faithful and obedient to you. Amen 🙏🏾

I’m so proud of myself! My goal for today was to keep running no matter what even if it was in slow motion. Well, I did it and hit my fastest run time EVER for EVERY mile. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 #myshadow #healthyachievement5k #kappaalphapsi #skeeyo #hardlyhomebutalwaysreppin #strollerrun #bobstroller #teamhatch #meh3 #prr #goals #momswhorun #blackgirlsrun #runforyourlife
