Will always aspire to be the “gym *special* mum”. I always dreamed of being when I was definitely not even a “gym girl”. I always wanted to be this kind of mum. Silly little dream 🥰🥺

Make your dreams a reality boo 🔝

Squat challenge accepted 😊💪🏼By @cristina_coceanji who was also the FIRST one dropping down 😂👏

To be fair — we had just survived a brutal leg workout before this, so she’s officially excused hahaha 😅🔥Still counts though… right? 👀🍑

🤍 Tag a friends and give it a try 🤞✨

A week ago I stepped onto the platform for my first-ever powerlifting competition.
As a mum of a special child, juggling work, training, and keeping a home running… I honestly never imagined I would be here. But I did it. And I am so incredibly proud.

To every women/ mum out there who feels stretched thin, exhausted, or unsure if you can chase something just for you — please hear this: it IS possible. Even with all the external challenges, even with responsibilities pulling you in every direction.
When you believe in yourself and you keep showing up—slowly, quietly, consistently—amazing things happen.
Yes, there were nerves. But what carried me through the whole day was my mindset. Strong. Steady. Unshakeable.Discipline. Once you cultivate that inner strength, you can walk through anything and anyone in life with purpose and power.
There were days I felt tired, overwhelmed, and drained. Days where it would’ve been easier to stop. But every time, the passion I have for lifting pulled me back. The barbell became my reminder that I am stronger than my circumstances.
Believe in yourself. Start where you are. Keep going even when it’s hard.
Your strength is already inside you just need to tap into it💪🏼🙌❤️

PS: So grateful for all the support in the room — your energy and the way you cheered me on during my last deadlift meant the world to me. I couldn’t have done it without you. You’re all incredible 🥹💛

My team 🌟

I’m beyond grateful that my coach @cristian.vuivan was there — giving me all his energy, his loud hype, and those good slaps 😬 before every lift. So much gratitude for you.
And to my little sister and my friend @emilyharrypt , thank you for being so supportive throughout my whole journey and for showing up for me. I’m truly privileged to have you in my life 🎀💗

That moment will stay with me forever.

“Don’t” give up on your SPARK! No matter what others tell you, “do this” gym journey for yourself, and get yourself back by trusting you can get through the tricky stage.

No one likes returning after time away. No one likes starting for the first time. BUT - trusting that it will work out, gets you there.

And of course - if you need help walking up those stairs into the gym, and knowing where to start, as PTs, we live to help our clients rediscover their spark and get you where you want to be.

YOU CAN DO THIS!
