POV: You’re carb-loading like the GOAT because 66KM is waiting for you.🐐🍚

At this point, na food be training. 😂

If you see me eating plenty rice, spaghetti, bread, potatoes and other carb-heavy foods these days, abeg no judge me. I’m not suddenly greedy. I get 66KM appointment. 😭

For a distance like 66KM, fueling starts way before race day. That’s why I’m not waiting until the night before to start swallowing mountains of rice. 😭

We dey load early.

The plan is simple: more carbs, enough fluids, familiar foods, good sleep and absolutely no unnecessary experiments with my stomach. 😂

Training got me here. Now it’s time to fuel the work.

66KM is coming, and this time, we’re not just running on vibes and the Holy Spirit. We need food too. 😂🙏🏾
Thursday, we suffer. But for now… we chop. 🍚🍝🍌

My Race Time Water Quarter Challenge medal finally came in 🥹🏅. This one is also beautiful. The little details, the fish, the waves… they really did their thing with this one.

And seeing CRESTED • 500 KM • FINISHER on the back? Yeah, I’m definitely keeping this one close. 712.7 KM showing too🤭

Another medal, another reminder that I’ve really been outside putting in the miles.

🏃🏽‍♂️⚽ RUN THE WORLD CUP – MATCH DAY 10 ✅

13 GOALS. 14.14KM. DONE.✅

I started this run at 7:45 AM. The sun was already out, the route was unforgiving, and the elevations were relentless.

In my head, I thought it was a 13K day. I didn’t double-check—I just laced up and ran.

When I got home, my watch read 14.14KM.

Turns out I gave more than I thought was required. 😂

Yesterday’s results:
🇳🇱 Netherlands 5–1 Sweden
🇩🇪 Germany 2–1 Ivory Coast
🇪🇨 Ecuador 0–0 Curaçao(THANK YOU CURACAO)
🇯🇵 Japan 4–0 Tunisia

Every goal becomes a kilometer. Every kilometer tells a story.

Run it. Walk it. Hike it. Just keep moving. @hardestadventures

From old Tees to fresh running tank tops

A little DIY project to give my retired shirts a second life instead of letting them sit in the closet.

Now the real question is...

🅰️ Option A
🅱️ Option B

Which one are you rocking for race day?

Now you know what to do with those old tees gathering dust. You’re welcome. 😎✂️
