Who better to appreciate all the tiny details, intentional movements, product choices, and extra love that go into a facial than someone who does this for a living, too?!

The best part? Getting to share something I’m so passionate about with someone I genuinely love.

A little girl time and skin therapy✨

My girl clocking in for some skin therapy! 💆🏽‍♀️

She’s an esthetician too, so you KNOW we could talk skin all day! But today, she was off duty and getting spoiled by ME. 🥹✨

Love getting to pour into my girl the same way she pours into everybody else.

Well cats out of the bag guys! Your favorite friendly neighborhood esthetician’s been PUBLISHED!

I had the honor of writing an article for the highly respected Skin Inc. Magazine about treating hyperpigmentation with chemical peels-aka MY JAM!!

There’s something about different types of hyperpigmentation and different types of chemical peels that really just gets me going. I’m incredibly honored and happy to say that I’ve had nothing but success with treating hyperpigmentation with peels with every client who’s ever come to me for it and this is my take on it, my approach and my passion all balled up into one beautiful piece 💜

Thank you @skinincmedia for the opportunity, it was an HONOR!

Special thanks to one of my Esthetic School Instructors Kelley, owner of @facesonmain and @theskinandcompany and my Esti Bestie Sarah, owner of @balancedskincare.massage for your support and feedback as I was writing this article. I appreciate you both more than I could ever describe 💜

Esti’s, if your facial protocol has started feeling a little too much like…

step 1 → step 2 → step 3 → done 😭

I have something for you!

The Dolce Dew Four Flow Method™ isn’t about giving you another sequence to memorize.

It’s about helping you understand your hands and rhythm well enough to create facial protocols that incorporate massage that feels intuitive, intentional and uniquely yours.

During our 4-hour in-person training, we’re getting into the WHY behind the flow:

🌿 Lymphatic drainage to encourage fluid movement and address the appearance of puffiness

🌿 Tension release through intentional work in areas like the jaw, brows + cheeks

🌿 Sculpting + defining techniques that support the appearance of facial contours

🌿 Circulation + vitality through rhythm and movement

🌿 And most importantly… learning how all of those individual movements become an experience.

Because there’s a difference between knowing massage movements and knowing how to make them FLOW.

And Four Flow gives you a framework without taking away your artistry.

You’ll watch me demonstrate it, break the movements down with me, practice with a partner AND switch places so you can experience what you’re learning from the client’s perspective.

Then we’re eating lunch and talking skin because obviously.

MONDAY • 11/9
📍 Evans/Augusta, GA • Venue TBA
🤎 4-hour in-person experience 10am - 2pm eastern
🤲🏽 Perform + receive
🥗 Lunch included
❗️Limited seating

I went from experiencing this method as a student, to incorporating its philosophy into the way I think about intentional touch, to now having the opportunity to teach it as a Dolce Dew Traveling Educator.

That full-circle moment isn’t lost on me. 🥹

From learning the flow… to teaching it. 🥹🌿

Another FULL circle.

I first experienced the Dolce Dew Four Flow Method™ with my own notebook open, watching, practicing, asking questions and learning how much intention can live inside something as simple as our hands.

Now I get to stand on the other side of the treatment table and teach it to YOU as a Dolce Dew Traveling Educator. 🤎

And I don’t take that lightly.

Four Flow is a holistic approach to facial massage rooted in rhythm, energy, intention + results. Through four signature flows, you’ll learn techniques designed to encourage lymphatic drainage, release stored facial tension, sculpt + define facial contours, boost circulation and create an experience your clients can both see and feel.

But I want you to leave with something even bigger than a new massage sequence:

Confidence in your hands.

I want you to understand what you’re doing, why you’re doing it and how it feels to receive it.

So this class is truly HANDS ON. 🤲🏽

You’ll watch.
You’ll learn.
You’ll practice.
You’ll receive.
We’ll eat.
We’ll connect.
And we’ll FLOW.

Because the goal was never to turn you into a robot who memorized somebody else’s massage.

The goal is to give you a method, build your confidence and help you develop touch that feels intentional, intuitive and uniquely yours.

A massage peel had students doing a double take today.

For my Dolce Dew facial demo at Southeastern Health and Wellness Institute, we started with a Dolce Blue lymphatic pre-cleanse to being our model back into her body, soften the skin and loosen up dead skin cells for EVACUATION. Then I used the Massage Peel to demonstrate techniques from the Four Flow Method, Dolce Dew’s intentional approach to facial massage that brings together lymphatic movement, sculptural touch, and relaxation. Yep, a peel and a soothing massage. 💆🏽‍♀️

If you wanted more time with the massage techniques, keep an eye out: Four Flow Method classes for October and November are dropping soon!
