As Pedram Abraham Mehrian, CEO of Family Financial Strategies, can tell you: when it comes to family and business, a contract is KEY! It's not about distrust, it's about CLARITY and protecting the relationship. It actually STRENGTHENS the bond by ensuring clear expectations and avoiding future disagreements. Trust the process, not just memory. He says he learned this the hard way – no contract with family led to unnecessary conflict. Contracts aren't about doubting family in business, they're about VALUING the relationship enough to create clarity. Skipping a contract with my brother led to unnecessary heartache. Don't make the same mistake! ❤️ 🔅 FFS Wealth Advisors 🔅 FFS Business Advisors 🔅 FFS Leadership & Business Development are separate Divisions of FAMILY FINANCIAL STRATEGIES INC. ☎️ 1(800)611-1354 👉 Consider Following for More Such Content! #familyfirst #businesslessons #contractsforpeace #FFSbusinessAdvisors #FFSwealthAdvisors #BusinessLESSONS #WORDSofWISDOM ##ABRAHAMmehrian #pedramabrahammehrian #pedrammehrian #RothIRA #meetBROOKE #wwmejia #legaldocument #agreement #Attorney #lawsuit #AssetProtection #familybusiness #contracts #friendshipgoals #businessadvice #familyfinancialstrategies Pedram Abraham Mehrian 310-713-1819 800-611-1354 3107131819 8006111354

#BusinessLESSONS ■ 🍸In the context of liquor licenses, "dry hire" typically refers to a situation where you hire a mobile bar service or bartenders without them providing the alcohol. Here's what that usually means: ● You (the client) purchase and supply all the alcoholic beverages. This includes beer, wine, spirits, and any mixers containing alcohol. ● The hired service provides the setup, bartenders, and potentially other bar-related equipment like glassware, ice, and non-alcoholic mixers/garnishes. ● The mobile bar service or bartenders are only serving the alcohol you provide. They are not selling it directly to your guests. ❓️ Why "dry hire"? The term "dry" signifies that the alcohol component is not included in the hiring service. This is often done for a few reasons: ■ Licensing limitations: In many jurisdictions, including California, a business needs a specific liquor license to sell alcohol. Mobile bar services without a catering authorization or the appropriate on-sale license for a specific event cannot legally sell alcohol to your guests. By having you supply the alcohol, they avoid acting as a vendor and potentially violating liquor laws. ■ Cost control: You might be able to purchase alcohol at a lower cost than what a bar service would charge, giving you more control over your budget. ■ Customization: You have complete control over the selection of alcoholic beverages offered at your event. ✅️ In summary, when you "dry hire" a bar service for an event requiring a liquor license, it generally means you are responsible for purchasing and providing all the alcohol, and the hired service focuses on the setup and serving of those beverages. 🔅 FFS Wealth Advisors 🔅 FFS Business Advisors 🔅 FFS Leadership & Business Development are separate Divisions of FAMILY FINANCIAL STRATEGIES INC. 👉 Consider Following for More Such Content! #ffsleadership #familyfinancialstrategies #professionalinvestor #wordsofwisdom #abrahammehrian #sophisticatedinvestor #pedramabrahammehrian #FFSbusinessAdvisors #mobilebartending #mobilebartender #liquor #spirits #alcohol #bartender #clubbing #lounge #promoter #eventmodel #meetBROOKE #businesscoaching
