This is what hard work and working toward your goals with a specific training plan tailored to YOU will do! Very proud of @dom.barulich for all his hard work he’s put in in my remote training program and all of the work he does outside of it.

From the beginning he’s always had the growth mindset toward not only building his physical attributes and skills when it comes to baseball, but also his leadership skills that he’s continued to build on throughout the summer.

Dom has always been a pleasure to coach, with two more years to make his goals he’s set out from the beginning of the program to achieve. Make sure to keep on watching his journey and it’s such a joy for me to see how far he’s come and how much more he’s set out to achieve.

Keep that momentum going Dom!! 💪🏼👏🏼

One of the biggest mistakes hitters make is getting around the baseball and rolling the pitch over.

The best hitters are intentional with their approach of driving the baseball to their opposite-field gap.

Dom does a great job here with runners in scoring position of having a simple approach, not trying to do too much and driving the baseball to his opposite field gap 👏🏼

When you have the right approach, good plate coverage, and attack the baseball from the inside half, you give yourself more of a chance to drive the baseball to your pull side gap and to your opposite field gap.

Being able to drive the ball gap-to-gap isn’t just about mechanics, it’s about your approach.

It’s about having an approach that allows you to cover the entire plate and driving the baseball where it’s pitched.

This backside double is a great example of what happens when training carries over into game at-bats.

The goal is to hit the baseball hard where it’s pitched.

Tons of hitters think they’ll get better if they go to the

cage and take more swings…

But if there’s no plan behind those reps, nothing really

changes.

This is one of my athletes Dom inside my remote hitting

program.

Before:

– He was hitting .180–.190

– He was still putting in work on his swing, but not

seeing results in game.

Now:

– He’s hitting .360

– He’s gotten stronger through following his strength

program and is more confident in his game than ever!

(Crazy what building up your confidence through your

preparation can do for you!)

Those improvements to his game didn’t just happen by

accident.

We cleaned up his swing, gave him a clear plan, and built

him a strength program where it actually shows up in

games.

Now he’s not guessing anymore when he goes and

trains.

We’ve gone over what he’s going to work on every single

day to help him reach his goals.

That’s the difference on why he’s made such big

improvements.

You don’t need more swings!

You need to identify where you need to improve, create a

plan to help you make those improvements, and

EXECUTE!

If you feel like you’re putting in the work in the cage or on

the field but not seeing results, DM me “REMOTE” and I’ll

help you with a plan so you can stop guessing on what

you need to do and start executing! 📈

Honestly… it’s been really cool to see how far this guy

has come being in the program 📈💪🏼

I’m real grateful to be able to coach guys like him.

This is exactly why I do what I do.

It’s not just about swings or workouts… it’s about

showing up for them every day, making the right

adjustments when they need it, pushing them when they

need it, and helping them become the player they know

they can be with the right people in their corner.

And another thing that’s great to hear him speak on… is

the environment that’s built in the program.

You get a group of players all bought in, all competing, all

pushing each other to be better, that’s where real growth

happens 📈

If you know someone who needs this type of coaching

and environment, send this to them.

Or like this if you’re serious about getting better 🤝
