Queendom Let’s visualize… Thanks @lululemon @thehoneyjam and @grantcreativity for this inspirational day of music, meditation, visualization and self care inspired by my double EP QUEEN/DOM.

When I think about beginning my wellness journey and really choosing to integrate self love, self care and meditation into my artist journey it really transformed everything.

One of the best ways to let go of old narratives and beliefs that don’t serve you are to replace them with new ones. You can’t manifest new things, while stuck on the old.

Thanks for an amazing day of imagination, self care and mindfulness 💙

For a lot of us creatives and entrepreneurs w

Tickets are currently on-sale for the Honey Jam Canada concert Thurs, Aug 17…

Thanks to al of the beautiful artists that participated and looking forward to rocking out with you on Thursday

The delicate balance of mentoring is not creating them in your own image but giving them the opportunity to create themselves!

Shout out to two RISE mentors from the very beginning @morgan124875 and @mstoddart68 for playing their part in building young leaders in our community 🙏🏾✊🏾. We’ll be live at 7pm with Levyi @thetenderhearted_ the guy Issa a whole vibe, everytime!

It's always appreciated when artists give a glimpse of themselves through their music and that's what @domagrant does with her new release titled 'Real Me'.
