In 2022, I started a long term passion project capturing and showcasing the unbridled joy of black children, aiming to create a visual narrative that celebrate and amplify their enthusiasm in this world. I have always understood the importance of positive representation. Positive representations play a crucial role in shaping individuals’ perceptions of themselves and their role in society, fostering a sense of pride and belonging. Black children seeing and feeling joy cannot be overstated, as it lays the foundation for their sense of self-worth, resilience, and aspiration.

SWINE video shoot with @ddlovato so happy to have been the lead makeup artist for background talent ❤️I’ve loved Demi since Camp Rock 😩A special thanks to @penelopeplzz for connecting me! This video was in protest of the Supreme Court decision to dismantle the right to safe abortion. The song SWINE was to amplify the voices of those who advocate for choice and bodily autonomy. Great to see you @dom.alxnder great work on the styling!
