✨ MOMENTS OF STILLNESS ✨

When was the last time you gave yourself permission to simply be still?

Moments of Stillness returns for another intentional gathering centered around slowing down, reconnecting, and creating space for yourself.

Through guided meditation and immersive sound healing, we’ll step away from the noise of everyday life and into a shared space for presence, reflection, rest, and community.

No experience is necessary. Come exactly as you are. 🌿

Sunday, August 30
1:00 PM
📍 Crescent Lotus Dance Studio

Guided Meditation: Shanda Domingo
Sound Healing: Yaszmine “The Sun Queen”

Stillness is where healing begins.
