Thank you, everyone, for nine glorious years.

Creativity Scouting 2026 was our last one, and it really got our creative juices flowing. Last week, the Contemporary Art Centre Vilnius held an atypical amount of talent, from our vibrant speakers, Gintarė Kondė (@gintarekonde), Lukrecijus Dūda (@zhenyamishamax), and Martynas Auz (@martynas.auz), to the radiant crowd who made our tenth anniversary celebration our best yet.

It felt special and surreal to share this moment with all of you. We bid farewell to Creativity Scouting, and we cannot wait to share what’s next.

We photosynthesized so hard in June that we’ve entered the fermentation stage, level Optimus Prime. How did that happen? Let us show you.

💆🏻 At first, there was nothing but standing alone in the rain, wishing for the clouds to finally go away.
💆🏻 Then, good omens started appearing at the office, marking the rebirth of our office sauna.
💆🏻That also means the comeback of the sauna radio.
💆🏻 And no sauna party is imaginable without an ice bucket challenge.
💆🏻 In the final scoreboard you can see the queen and king of the ice bucket challenge - our own Viktorija and @byandstudio Domas.
💆🏻 But the fun didn’t stop after this - there was a field trip to the @lynxmonadas_ factory waiting for us.
💆🏻 To keep ourselves entertained, we kept challenging one another - like seeing who would win a game of chess.
💆🏻Or having mind-breaking discussions in a spiritual environment.
💆🏻 So busy balancing work and fun that we barely notice when the evening falls.

Even though the days will only start getting shorter from now on, the heatwave is only about to come. Wishing everyone a well-AC’d office and to stay hydrated! 🚿

May was a month of good omens.

🧿 We had an in-house training, “Prepared for Anything,” provided by Liudas Basiulis, during which we checked our preparedness for all sorts of extreme situations - from natural disasters to other national security threats.
🧿 And two days later, air danger alerts went on, and we ran into an underground garage.
🧿 If not before, then definitely now, we feel prepared for anything - and grateful to have everyone safe.
🧿 Grateful to have our emotional support office pets around - they definitely deserve to get cuddles…
🧿 …and be carried around like little royals.
🧿 Grateful for those who have been a part of the SCG team, even if letting go feels bittersweet.
🧿 But life and work don’t stop - and all these situations have only made us tighter.
🧿 Now on to taking over - and we are talking national scale.
🧿 If there’s one thing we learned this month, it’s that every day is worth celebrating.

Being prepared for the unexpected has never felt more real than it did this month - so cheers to that, and cheers to overcoming whatever comes next!

Livin’ la vida locaaaa! 🇪🇸

We just touched down from a weekend at the @offfest , where the air was thick with creative energy. Between soaking up industry insights at the @dissenyhub , we turned the streets of Barcelona into our own playground - tossing frisbees at any time of the day, losing our voices at a local basketball match, and letting the city’s pulse do the team-building for us.

Fully charged with the sun and inspiration we found, we’re back behind our screens doing what we do best, but sprinkled with southern spirit.

Gracias for being the ultimate host, Barcelona! 🌞

We’ve shared a lot of the projects we’ve been working on lately - but it was time to let off some steam and celebrate the creativity within the team.

Presenting: our postponed Christmas 2025 party in 2026 mid-February.
Not on time, but definitely on point.

Who wore it better? Judging by the amount of pictures, Deimantės self-made mushroom hat stole the show but does it beat paukste going silver fox, domas serving designer-and-his-palette suit, and Kamilė being the catch of the day?

Easy answer - everyone’s a winner 🎉

Ever wondered what the world of andstudio looked like? Take a peek inside - the year was 2025.

It was a year of high-volume culture - shaping the sound of @emvienas , the stories of @kinopavasaris , and the global reach of the @lithuanian_culture_institute .

We focused on the “everyday” - elevating daily rituals with @dailyspoon.stories , making banking approachable with @artea_grupe , and playing more than just padel at @mostai.club .

We also looked ahead. We partnered with @sengiresfondas to return ancient forests to nature and worked with @ignalinos_atomine_elektrine toward a cleaner future. And, as @kilo.global proved, we learned that jumping from 0 to 1000 is always within the realm of possibility.

Our journey took us from home base in Lithuania to @the.design.conference stages in Australia and the creative shores of the @adblackseafestival . We shared what we know in @lietuvosmarketingoasociacija , @napa_baltic , our own Creativity Scouting, and kept gathering stars for the projects we believe in.

To those who followed, trusted, and pushed us: thank you. The tank is full for 2026 - jump in and see how it unfolds.

So how was @adceurope ? Amongst a lot of work, a lot of mingling, a lot of drinks, a lot of names to remember, a lot of presentations, a lot of awards - what were the main points that Domas and Augustinas came home with?

@domasmiksys :
“ADC*E is Europe’s biggest design filter - only projects that already won locally even make it here. The jury was as diverse as the work, which made decisions tough, but that designers’ sixth sense was real: when a strong idea appeared, everyone felt it. Strong case films and explanations matter, ChatGPT-style copy is easy to spot, and beautiful mockups without solid implementation won’t save a project.”

@paukste :
“While Domas was doing all the judging, I was doing all the talking at the AI Creative Summit - showing how, with a bit of coding and AI, one specialist can work like a one-man full-stack agency. The most useful part wasn’t any ‘magic’, but the workflow: using AI to speed up discovery, testing, and concept refinement, without replacing the human taste and instinct that make the work feel alive.”

A lot of good ideas, a lot of healthy competition from being amongst the other best of design - @a_equipa , @bastardaagency , @bond_creative , @studiobruch , @kleanthis_loizou , @moodley_design , @nomondesign , @pensandoenblanco , @losdelvolcan , @serviceplan , @sonsdaughtersid , @wemakestoriesvienna and @zunder.studio !

Already onto making great things to show next year. Hasta luego! 🚀
