My dear friends,

If you are reading this, you must care at least a tiny bit about this crazy, cool, artistic journey I’ve been on for a while now. You’ve seen me perform at Pilsen block parties, immigration rallies, summer festivals around the city, big stadiums, etc. It’s been fun, but it hasn’t been easy.

Aside from working on an album, teaching guitar, coordinating a festival, etc. etc… I was sought by @enzo.shootz to play lead actress, as myself, in a short film seeking to tell the story of artists like myself, that despite a life full of hardship and challenges, are determined to make the most of it.

I’m humbly asking you to financially support our film campaign. Today is the last day to donate through our campaign page. There are different incentives with perks like “assistant producer” credit, getting exclusive invites to our film related events, and more.

This is the first time I participate in a project like this- “acting” as the singer/songwriter that I already am. We want to showcase everything that doesn’t get captured for social media… the struggles at home, the doubt, the fears… and why it’s all worth it in the end.

If you’ve read this far, thank you for caring. In a world with people actively causing harm to others, we need more people spreading love and joy like you.

Any donation makes a difference in achieving our goal. We’re almost there! Help us make it to the finish line to pay the cast and crew fairly. Link is in my bio.

Con muchísimo amor,

Rosalba 🌹🎶
