YEAR 3 LOADING… 🏀

Memphis Grizzlies guard Jaylen Wells getting ready to have a BIG year!

Nothing was easy in this workout and that was the point. Every rep, he had to work to get to his spots, play through pressure, and finish with purpose. Game reps. Game pace. Game mentality.

Thank you to everyone who was involved in making the workout competitive and pushing Jaylen to another level.

Good luck this season, Jaylen! Keep working and keep building. Year 3 — time to make another statement! 💯🔥

Train with a Vision. Win with a Purpose. #development #offseason #hoopskillsfactory #nba #basketball

Doing what you love to do is a blessing. I feel like it’s Gods work being done everyday! The opportunity to share my knowledge and experience with the youth is so rewarding.

A basketball court is where I feel most at home!
For me, it’s one place I can be where I know what I’m doing and what I’m talking about.

Grind with purpose! Grind with passion! #dominate

Working on things he will actually do in the game! 🏀💯

The focus is on maximizing every rep at GAME SPEED and building habits that translate when the lights come on.

Adding pressure, accountability, and conditioning to every rep. Way to lock in, Jaylen! Keep working! 🔒🔥

Got to mix it up with some talented womens players last week. We had a great group of pros and college women’s ballers come put some work in!

I love how we can collab for our skills groups and come together to help each of our athletes improve.

Excited to see the east bay dynamic duo of Lailah and CC! The young pup Bre start her journey at Simpson! Jada coming off a great season overseas looking ready to get back to the grind! Kaylee hoop it up at Humboldt state! And Kendall get on her d1 grind after killin it in d2 last year!

GAME-LIKE REPS 🎯🏀

Handling pressure first before even getting into the screen. Understanding how to set your defender up, use the screen, and get your body on the defender to create space for your shot.

A lot of today’s work was situational + LIVE .Making players read, react, and make decisions instead of just going through drills.

We’re not just working on moves… we’re working on moments that actually happen in games.

Learn it. Understand it. Apply it. 🧠🏀

Ball manipulation into continuous pick-and-roll reads. 🏀

The focus is on setting up the screen, changing pace, turning the corner, and attacking the defender’s hips. Don’t just use the screen — learn how to manipulate the defense and create an advantage.

Read it. Attack it. Make the right play. 🎯

Back to school skills clinic has been on fire 🔥 all week. Thank you to all who helped spread the word about the work we do inside this hotbox lol. By the end of the week each camper will have learned what it takes to be a complete player, on and off the floor. Being a great leader, teammate, and person always comes first!!!

PRO workout with AJ John and Phil Fayne. Every July we get to it and help prep for the Overseas Grind. We believe in preparation and consistent reps in game situations!

AJ is an inside out highly skilled 4 man.
Phil is a hybrid 5/4 with athleticism and Length.

Last season Phil finished in Poland. He helped his team reach the league championship. AJ transitioned back to Europe from Latin America and Middle East! Last season in Slovakia he led his team in scoring and helped his club avoid relegation! Excited to see what’s next for both of these experienced pros!! The grind never stops!!
