I took a week off leading to my 40th BDay.
Enjoy this curated photo-dump!
I went to The Shoreline to enjoy Godsmack + Stone Temple Pilots; to Hollywood, where my cousin spoiled me to a day at Universal Studios & a night out in Hollywood; & to Santa Barbara, where my buddy took me on an unexpected but Epic Pub-Crawl.
Salinas spoiled me on a night out leading to my BDay; I don't even remember if we made it to midnight 🤔
Thanks for all the Birthday Love, & ALL the DRINKS 💀🍻
Cheers 🍺💥🍻💥🍺

A great evening celebrating the accomplishments of local youth at the Imagine! 2026 event hosted by CASA of Santa Cruz County.

Thank you to CASA, Cabrillo College, the incredible student chefs, and especially the young people who shared their stories. It was an honor to be there.

Huge thank you to @signa_signs_graphics and @olivabernalphotography for bringing our vision to life. We’re getting everything approved this week, and if all goes as planned, you’ll start seeing these signs popping up around town next week! 👀

Congratulations to Supervisor Sylvia Arenas on her re-election to the County Board of Supervisors! And congratulations to Councilmember Peter Ortiz, who won the primary election decisively and is heading into the November general election as the clear frontrunner, leaving a crowded field behind ✊🏽

Precision Construction continues to set the standard.

This 47-unit complete renovation in King City, California — Casa de Esperanza for Monterey County Housing — is a powerful example of their commitment to quality, impact, and community.

More than just construction, Precision Construction is helping transform lives by creating safe, revitalized spaces for families to call home.

Building a Home of Hope for the Community and leading projects that truly make a difference across Monterey County.

I remember standing here when the old Hebbron Heights building came down. It wasn’t just a demolition…it was the end of something that had outlived its time, and the beginning of a promise we made to this community.

Then came the hard work. The conversations. The courage to believe we could build something better. I stood alongside my council colleagues, our community, and my own children at the groundbreaking, knowing that what we were starting was bigger than any one of us.

And now, seeing the doors open, watching kids run inside, laughing and claiming the space as their own. It’s emotional in ways words can’t fully capture. This building stands as proof that when a community shows up with purpose and heart, real change is possible.

This is Hebbron Heights. Built by many. For generations to come ♥️
