100km, 12 hours! Broken, but every ache had a purpose💜Men’s Mental Health Awareness, and Suicide Prevention.

Every step was for the men we’ve lost—and for every man still fighting a battle in silence. Keep choosing tomorrow. 💙🌈

You are not weak for asking for help. You matter. Keep going. ❤️

A big Thank you to those who stopped by to say “well done,” ran alongside me, supported from afar, sent messages, kept me in your thoughts, donated so generously, or simply chose to keep living another day because of this message—thank you.

@outlineaotearoa You are amazing and thanks for what you do. Privileged to be able to support.
@lesmillsbritomart I’m truly in awe of your kindness, support, and for going above and beyond to make this challenge possible. Thank you for believing in me and the cause. 💙

You still got time to donate- click the link on my bio 🙏

Meet the Team - Personal Trainer

Say hello to Dominic 👋🏻

Dominic is a Personal Trainer specialising in strength, mobility, and fundamentals, with over three years of hands-on coaching experience. His coaching style is built on solid technique, long-term progression, and helping clients move well — not just lift heavier, but lift better.

He places a strong emphasis on mobility and joint health, ensuring the strength his clients build carries over into real life and stays pain-free.

Outside the gym, Dominic is unapologetically nerdy — into video games, anime, and sporting a full sleeve of gaming tattoos.

For anyone looking for a coach who’s serious about results but easy to relate to, Dominic is your guy 😌

110kgx4 Usual work. Feeling better, n weights moving more smoothly. BW at 65.5kg. Ended the workout with 100kg for 50reps (split up into 8 sets 😩).
Focusing on high volume.
Back squat usual set weights - 30,50,70,90,110,130,135kg
100kg Total 50reps with max 90sec rest in between sets:
Set 1 - 3 for 8reps
Set 4-6 for 6reps
Set 7 for 5reps

Almost blacked out at the end 😂🤦🏻‍♂️
