The look I’m chasing is becoming more attaainable as time progresses. Looking back I don’t even recognise the old me anymore. The gym almost strips you away from reality. You change and break yourself repeatedly over and over to chase this desire to be bigger, to be stronger… to be better. But it’s so much more than that, it keeps me mentally sane when the weather is crazy in my mind. It keeps me centred and reminds me that we’re only human, Rome wasn’t built in a day. But nothing comes close to the feeling of smashing PR’s and seeing that reflection look a bit better than it did yesterday… love all my supporters and all of my followers. If you made it this far and read this all. Comment with a flower emoji of your choice. Because most men don’t receive their first flowers until their funeral. ❤️💎 Diamonds are made under pressure. #gym #inspiration #motivational #quotes #bodybuilding
