Friday NEW EP #paroi 8/7c 💍 LOCK IN @owntv

Cheating falls in many categories -not just physical

✅ Micro-cheating

Secretly messaging someone you’re attracted to

Deleting messages so your partner won’t see them

Giving someone “special” attention that you wouldn’t want your partner to know about

Maintaining a flirtatious relationship while insisting it’s innocent

✅ Emotional cheating

Developing a significant emotional attachment to someone outside the relationship

Sharing intimate thoughts/problems with them instead of your partner

Thinking about them constantly or relying on them for emotional intimacy

Concealing the depth of the relationship

✅ Sexual/online cheating
Sexting

Exchanging sexual photos or videos

Sexual video calls

Using dating or hookup apps with the intention of finding sexual/romantic connections

Paying for or participating in personalized sexual interactions online

✅ An affair

An ongoing romantic or sexual relationship outside the primary relationship

Usually involves repeated contact, secrecy, emotional investment, and/or physical intimacy

It can be especially damaging because the deception becomes a sustained second relationship rather than a single incident.

✅ The most severe forms- Lastly number 7 GOD’s perfect number

Maintaining a long-term double life

Repeatedly cheating after promising to stop

Lying extensively about where you are or who you’re with

Introducing the affair partner into your social/family life

Spending shared money or resources on the affair

Manipulating or gaslighting your partner to conceal it

ONE Important Distinction 🌹

The same behavior can fall at different points for different couples. For one couple, liking someone’s Instagram photos is meaningless; for another, secretly exchanging flirtatious DMs violates a very explicit boundary

Last but not least

And intent matters too. Accidentally giving someone the wrong impression isn’t equivalent to deliberately cultivating a secret relationship

Cheating will have you in a very miserable, lonely state eventually. The mark that you made in life with these behaviors that have become a character trait will dim, take away and rob you

There are shows that are challenging to cast. Then there are shows that make you wonder if they’re even possible.

OWN’s new series, Put A Ring On It: CheatHab, was one of those projects.

It’s one thing to cast couples whose relationships are already hanging by a thread. It’s another to ask the women and men they physically or emotionally cheated with to step into that story, tell the truth, and do it on national television.

Somehow, we did it.

I’m incredibly proud of the three couples who trusted us with some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives: Mia & Jarron, Mi-Mi & Joshua, and Dominique & Travis.

They showed up with honesty, heartbreak, hope, and a willingness to confront the damage in pursuit of something better. As Dr. Stacii @justdategirl says throughout the season, it all begins with “radical honesty.”

Now the question is… can honesty rebuild what betrayal nearly destroyed? Will these couples choose each other? And will the women finally receive the rings they’ve been waiting for?

Find out when Put A Ring On It: CheatHab premieres Friday, July 31 at 9 PM ET on OWN and HBO Max. Beginning August 14, the series moves to its regular time, Fridays at 8 PM ET.

This will be your new favorite unscripted show. I promise!

Proud to have served as Senior Casting Director and Talent Producer on this one.

Every project reminds me that casting has never been about finding characters. It’s about earning enough trust for real people to tell the truth.

Birthday Queen 🎂 🎈👸🏽 🦀♋️ .

This year hits different. The love I’ve received has truly poured into places I didn’t even know were running on empty. Thank you to everyone who reached out, sent love, or simply thought of me on my birthday — your energy carried me.

To my tribe who showed up and showed out — thank you for celebrating me in ways I never imagined, for reminding me of how deeply I show up for others even when I forget to show up for myself. You saw me. You honored me. And in doing so, helped me remember how to honor myself.

Turning 30 PLUS in Cancer season feels poetic — emotional, intuitive, and a little raw. But I’m embracing the beauty of being both soft and strong. I’m walking into this next chapter more open, more grounded, and more me than ever before.

Gratitude doesn’t even begin to cover it. But just know — I feel it all. And I’m ready.
