Not your traditional S-Wave 🌊

A little more curl, a lot more texture. We created natural movement with the versatility to wear it pushed back or loose.

Modern texture. Effortless movement. ✂️

I was asked at the gym “Do you do this every training session?!” YES‼️

Me personally I am a very tight individual. Always have been growing up. It’s hinder a lot of my workouts till this day. But doing mobility work before my lifts has always helped with it. So many people don’t warm up or even stretch before and wonder “man my back and hips hurt” and my answer is because you don’t warm up to your needs.

Certain body groups on your body need an extra attention before training. Give yourself 10-20mins before training to warm up. If you want your body to last. You need to take care of it💯

Still accepting athletes both lifestyle & contest prep. Let’s get to work and allow me to help you with your all around goals.

Life in prep lately 🙏🏽

It’s been a great week overall! I’m loving where God is taking me during this prep. So many things have happened behind the scenes this week, and I couldn’t be more grateful for this journey.

The body has been responding crazy lately 🔥 Getting drier and tighter by the day. Weight hasn’t budged, but that’s okay I’m not focused on the number on the scale. I’m focused on the overall look and where we’re headed!

Hope everyone is having an amazing weekend! 🙏🏽 Remember to give thanks for simply being able to wake up and live another day. Don’t take it for granted. Cherish every moment, stay grateful, and enjoy the journey. ❤️

Your Sin City Showdown Overall Champ🥇

What a prep! This has honestly been the easiest one… @ccash15_ifbbpro made sure recovery and mental stability was a priority for me. Didn’t push hard and do any drastic protocols to bring the look we brought today. Now it’s time to dig further for Nationals and bring a harder look💯

Thank you everyone again who has shown me love and support! It never goes unnoticed and I remember everyone who has had my back this prep🙏🏽 BIG THANK YOU to my number one support and lover @ashlyn_ifbbpro thank you for always believing in me and pushjng me to to better not just as a athlete but as a person. Variety is your enemy…Consistency is your friend💯

Stick to the basics, master them and continue them. Find what works for you! We are all not built the same. Something might work for someone else but not you.

Variety is what kills progress‼️
