Sal’s Cóctel de camarón is our Mexican take on the immortal prawn cocktail by @donato_eli 🦐

The dish was developed for one of the lockdown’s food walks but earned a permanent spot on the menu with its poached king prawn, homemade tomato ketchup salsa with prawn shell stock, cucumber, celery, and grilled avocado 🔥

Served with a crispy and salty tortilla on the side, this revived icon has it all from flavor to texture 🌞
