For 15 years, you knew us as Synchronous Social Media.

@synchsocialmedia

The name served us well, even if half of you had a tough time pronouncing it.

But the work grew. The services grew. The vision grew.

So the name had to grow with it.

Come July 1st, we will be celebrating the launch of BANTER! Creative Marketing + Social Media.

Built in Nyack, shaped by New York City, and expanding into new markets this year!

To every client, partner, and friend who helped build Synchronous, thank you.

Now, welcome to Year One.

Be Seen. Be Heard. Be Remembered.

If you’re looking for authentic Mexican food that’s packed with flavor, this hidden gem needs to be on your list. 🌮✨

📍Don Chuy’s Takos: Harrison, NY

Whether you’re grabbing takeout or dining in, every dish tasted fresh, homemade, and full of flavor. The owner, Gustavo, has been serving the community at this location for the past 7 years and recently expanded with a second location in Nyack!

We tried:
🌽 Elote
🍌 Sweet plantains
🧀 Loaded nachos
🌮 Fresh steak street tacos
🫔 Chicken mole enchiladas
🤎 Caramel-filled churros for dessert

Be sure to add this to the list for a flavorful casual Mexican meal in Harrison, NY!

Took a step back from posting for a bit (burnout is real) and realized I missed documenting places the way I actually experience them. So I figured I'd start over for my love of local, with no overthinking. Just spots I go to & what stands out & where I'm definitely going back.

Lately that's been in Nyack, specifically the Don Chuy Tako location over this way (the first in Rockland). It's easy to become a regular here. Casual & consistently great. I love it for an easy outdoor lunch or dinner.

I've gone back for the nachos more than once, and the plantains never stay on the table very long. My server, Junior, is the man. Just a really solid local spot. I'll of course be back.
