STICKY HONEY GARLIC PANGASIUS 🍯🧄

Allesbehalve simpel!

👩🏽‍🍳 Ingrediënten:
3 pangasiusfilets
3 teentjes knoflook, fijngehakt
2 el sojasaus
1½ el honing
½ tl gember
1 tl sesamolie of olijfolie
1 tl maïzena
2 el water
Peper naar smaak
Sesamzaad & peterselie als topping
Voor erbij:
Rijst
1 courgette
1 teentje knoflook
Chilivlokken naar smaak
Scheutje olijfolie

Bereiding:

Simpel, snel en zóveel smaak. Deze moet je echt proberen!

Bon appétit!

🇰🇷✨ Such a fun evening at the Korean Cultural Festival at the University of Utah! ✨🇰🇷
The event said to bring a bag, and I am SO glad we listened! 😂 We came home with so many goodies because there were booths everywhere offering different Korean snacks, food, drinks, and fun items to try. It was such a great way for the boys and me to experience new flavors and discover things we probably wouldn’t have tried otherwise. 🍜🍬🥤
One of my favorite stops was a booth where a gentleman wrote our names in Korean. 🇰🇷✍️ Such a simple but special keepsake from the day!
The boys had an absolute blast walking from booth to booth, trying different things, learning, exploring, and just enjoying every moment. ❤️ I love finding events like this where they can have fun while also experiencing another culture.
The festival was held at the A. Ray Olpin Student Union and is part of the University of Utah’s cultural programming focused on bringing people together and celebrating the different cultures represented across campus. What a great way to experience a little bit of Korean culture right here in Utah!
We had SO much fun and definitely left with full bags, full stomachs, and some great memories. 😂❤️
Another Utah adventure for the books! 🏔️✨
