So… what actually happens at a Health Nut workshop? 🌿👀

A little learning, a little hands-on experimenting, lots of good conversation, and in this case… plenty of tea. 🫖

Our Loose Leaf Tea Workshop was all about getting to know herbs, learning how they can be used in everyday life, tasting different blends, and creating something to take home.

These workshops are one of our favorite ways to bring our community together, slow down, ask questions, and learn something new. We love covering different topics!

Missed this one? Don’t worry. Our next workshop is coming soon & in the works! 🤎🌱👇

Summer 2025 Highlights

• celebrated many friends getting married
• bought my first house (!)
• sweet adventures & meals with my people
• the richness & the humility of working in ministry

Behind these photos are some really hard moments - but also some of the most stretching. Jesus is the only reason and strength for all of it. Just in awe of Him really.

05.03.2025. Take my heart, Lord, take and seal it, seal it for thy courts above. This morning at church we sang Come Thou Fount and I was instantly transported back to our wedding ceremony as it was the congregation hymn we sang during ourceremony. For Daniel and I, our wedding ceremony was the most important part of our wedding. As husband and wife, we dedicated our lives to glorifying God in all that we do; here’s a scrapbook of how we put God at the center of every aspect of our ceremony🤍. I’ll share a little bit about the ceremony too 😊. I was blessed by having both of my momma and dad walk me down the isle to the opening song of Barbie and the 12 Dancing Princess. This song was chosen not only because of it’s beautiful melody, but also because of how the Lord blessed my upbringing. Pastor Mike, one of the gifted pastors of Daniel’s church was our officiant; I now call this church, Heritage Baptist Church, my home church. Two of Daniel’s groomsmen, KB and Tanner, read Scripture and lead the congregation in a hymn of praise. When I was 15, I brought home from my mission in India a tea set knowing that one day I would use it at my wedding. With great wisdom and the tea set, my dad lead the parents, Daniel, and I in a joining of family ceremony to declare that we are now one family under God. Before the rings came the crowns. In the Orthodox and Italian tradition, there is a part of the service called the Crowning Ceremony. The purpose of the crowning is declare Christ as King and to take on a new role, as husband and wife, to forever serve our King while remembering that our home, name, and marriage should always reflect God’s righteousness, thus placing the crowns on our heads. The came the rings, the deceleration, and of course, the smootch! To God we give all the glory! Photos @byhannahbrittain, hair by @kontouredbyki, make up by @muajennybejarano

05.03.2025. Just the intricacies. Exact. Executed. Everything. And just so Enduring✨. Planning a wedding is both an art and a reckoning. At the first leg, there’s a new ring on your finger and a giddy confidence in the bones-of course I can throw a great party of my closest people! However, when the intricacies, the details, and the refinement begins,
so does the weight of knowing you are hand crafting the entrance to your wild yet rooted odyssey with your forever community around you. Here is a scrapbook of our embellishments that wove community, warmth, and holiness into every stitch of our day. It was perfect because it was planned that way 😉. I have to give the biggest shout out to my beautiful and brave mother who gave up a whole month and hundreds of hours to make sure our vision and dream came true. She truly was a vision of grace, mercy, patience, light, and love during a time when I never wanted to make another decision in my life ever again…like ever!
