And that’s a wrap on 34! This past year I pushed boundaries like never before and learned more about myself than I ever have. . . 34 consisted of: * Living corporate free for 1 whole year * Being initiated as a Kambo practitioner @the_iakp * Serving Kambo to over 35 beautiful souls * Graduating @ISTA level 1 and connecting deeper with my inner shaman and sacred sensuality * Attended my first bike clinic @ninja_mtb_performance and learned the art of drops * Moved from Sedona to Steamboat Springs (stay tuned about my next move) * Started @BreakMethod diving deep into my subconscious wounds and stories and more importantly the tools to break my own patterns * Lost 18 pounds and shaved off 12.5 inches thanks to @lex__wilcox * Became a full time cat mom * Healed countless sister wounds * Went gluten free, dairy free, and sugar free . . There’s a lot more to 34. So many of you were integral parts of my evolution, and for that I am beyond grateful for your influence in my life. . . Cheers to 35 ya’ll! It’s time to live my purpose out loud!
