Donna Bertram (@donnabertramm / @donnarachael_) is a multidisciplinary artist traversing the fields of photography, music, fashion and pole dancing – exploring dreamy and cinematic nostalgia.

For Issue 02 – Donna shot the behind-the-scenes for our @genesisowusu series, capturing his aura on set as he was being photographed for ‘Stories of Healing’ by @dannydraxx.

“I wanted to have as little direction as possible, forgoing posing to create an atmosphere of freedom. From moody blue tones to bright red backgrounds to cloudscapes, we transport through the world of Genesis Owusu. The liveliness and vivid cinematic imagery embrace the importance of healing as a process of everyday life, celebrating our purpose as sentient beings of the universe.”

‘The mathletes’— a campaign shot for @theneworiginals.eu that gives us a glimpse into the world at a Ghanaian boarding school.

The term 𝑴𝒂𝒕𝒉𝒍𝒆𝒕𝒆 is a combination of the word math and athletics and is defined as a person who participates in mathematic competitions. ✏️💭
