An inspiring day in Miami with Robert Reffkin, Kamini Lane, and Duff Rubin, alongside a panel of agents sharing how they're leveraging the HOME Platform to elevate their businesses and client experience.

Thank you to Miami's Branch leaders for coordinating and moderating.

One of my personal highlights was finally meeting Kamini in person. Her perspective on today's market, her candor, and her engagement with our agents left a lasting impression. Grateful to learn from leaders who continue to push our industry forward while investing in the growth and success of those around them.

Rain or shine, baby… THEY SHOWED UP! ☔️🔥

Today’s September Office Meeting was a FULL HOUSE, and I loved seeing our office packed with agents ready to learn, grow, collaborate, and finish 2026 STRONG. 💪🏼🏡

We’re being intentional about these last few months of the year. Revisiting our goals, putting the right systems in place, learning about all the new products and tools available to us, and making sure we’re doing everything we can to close out the year on a high note.

And we are SO excited for our new Home platform and everything that’s coming next! 👏🏼✨

A HUGE thank you to Bar Taco for sponsoring today’s lunch 🌮❤️ Everything was absolutely delicious and everyone LOVED it! And a special shoutout to our new agent Claretta for making it happen. We appreciate you both so much, and I think it’s safe to say we’ll all be making a trip over to Bar Taco very soon! 😂👏🏼

This is what I love about our office. The energy, the collaboration, the education, and being surrounded by agents who genuinely want to see each other WIN. ❤️

If you’re a new agent, thinking about getting into real estate, or you’re already in the business but looking for an office where you can actually learn, grow, collaborate, and feel supported, come see what we’re all about. 👀
