How could a small leak cause so much water damage? 💧 Yesterday started off terrible. No one wants to wake up to their hot water heater pooling in the basement. However, if it wasn’t for the water sensor from @simplisafe it could’ve been a heck of a lot worse. Thankfully with it going off, my husband and I were able to stop it from becoming a pond and we were able to get @donnellysphc to come out and replace it.

If you don’t have a water sensor for your hot water heater, sump pump, etc. I would suggest getting one. There are many great ones out there from home security companies, just make sure to do your research!

While it is a hole in my bead board bathroom wall, I prefer to think of it as a 3d modern art installation. Especially as my shower has hot water again! Looking for art to cover it. Thanks Donnelly heating and plumbing. @donnellysphc
