Words can’t express how much last night meant to me. I celebrated my 40th birthday with the most amazing party with my absolute favorite people in this world. People traveled near and far, by car and by plane to spend this night with me and I am so grateful!!

It’s been months of planning and it all came to life so beautifully with the help of so many people. Thank you to my in-laws, Barbara and David for hosting this beautiful event in their home and their incredible attention to detail - everything was so perfect and I couldn’t imagine a more beautiful setting .. to my sister Krista for all of her special and unique personal touches, from fun stirrers to a beautiful slideshow of memories and to organizing beautiful speeches from some of the most special people in my life - my hubby, in-laws, sisters, daughters, niece, high school friends, college friends, work friends - you all mean the world to me and I will cherish each and every word you shared for the rest of my life!

I’m honestly speechless and I can’t thank everyone enough for their presence last night. It’s a night I will cherish forever and I am so grateful for each and every one of you every single day.

& I had a very special surprise visitor — my bestie Hilary flew in for 24 hours and surprised me!! I honestly can’t even believe it! You are amazing!

Cheers to the next decade of life 🥂 I can’t wait to continue living, loving and laughing through life with this amazing group of people I am blessed to call my family and friends!!

Even though it poured rain 80% of the party, the girls (and adults) still had a blast at the party! Thank you to everyone that came to celebrate Kristin and Paiges (half) birthdays! Having both early January bdays is hard right after the holidays, in the middle of flu season and only option is a confined indoor party place full of germs. So this year we decided an outdoor half bday party would be better and it was worth every drop of rain and frustration cause the girls were so spoiled and loved and I couldn’t be more grateful for all the people that love them so much 💕

In this picture is New Jersey two most popular meats … 1) Me 2) A steak from The Block … thanks to my hunny for securing the reservation and taking me out for my birthday. The hype is definitely deserved, from the staff to the food, everything was absolutely amazing. Great food and even better company, what else can I ask for!

Success in this business is a team effort.
Truth time: while my customers are VERY IMPORTANT to me and I will go above and beyond to give them the best customer service possible, it’s not what keeps me going on this biz. I’ve said it a million times, it’s not about the money.

What keeps me going-MY TEAM! The women whom I’ve met and those who I speak to DAILY yet have never met face to face.

You see, while my personal business is important, I don’t feel like I’m succeeding unless my team is succeeding. I want their success more than I want my own. I’m a hands on leader. Ask the girls who work on my team. You will never lack for help, support, challenges, or information. You don’t join my team and get left high and dry to fend for yourself.

Does that mean every person who joins me is successful? Of course not. I can do everything in my power to help, but I can’t do the business for them. They have to want it themselves and be willing to take the help and tools they are given and work with them!

Many are afraid to join because they feel like they will be on an island. Not here, my friend, not on my team! You will be welcomed to a family of support that goes way beyond shampoo ❤️❤️

So what are you waiting for?
